Excellent Platform and Great Service Received

On February 14th, I traveled from Catania to Larnaca (Cyprus) with a layover in Rome Fiumicino.
We departed with a delay that caused me to miss my connection, forcing me to repurchase my ticket and make all the arrangements again.

A few days later, I contacted customer service to explain the situation. They provided full assistance, and within a few hours, they refunded the amount. A well-deserved big thank you to Ms. Anastasia, who resolved everything promptly.

I give a 5-star rating because I can't give more, but they deserve 10. Thank you for the reliability, punctuality, and professionalism with which you handled the service.

Il 14 febbraio ho viaggiato da Catania a Larnaca (Cipro) con scalo a Roma Fiumicino.
Siamo partiti con un ritardo che mi ha fatto perdere la coincidenza, costringendomi a rifare il biglietto e a riorganizzare tutto.

Dopo qualche giorno, ho contattato il servizio clienti per spiegare la situazione. Hanno offerto un’assistenza completa e, nel giro di poche ore, mi hanno rimborsato l’importo. Un meritato grande grazie alla Signora Anastasia, che ha risolto tutto tempestivamente.

Do un voto di 5 stelle perché non posso metterne di più, ma ne meriterebbero 10. Grazie per l'affidabilità, la puntualità e la professionalità con cui è stato gestito il servizio.

"Excellent Service "

I had a problems with flight disruptions which were dealt with promptly and very efficiently. These resulted in a compensation claim which was paid within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

"Avoid "

Booked via the EasyJet app a flight from Uk to Greece via Amsterdam. The flight from Amsterdam to Greece was cancelled. Dohop refused to refund and after a long conversation they said that they would contact the airline to see if I could have a refund. According to Dohop I will have a refund from the airline within the next 30 days, I have my doubts though until I see the amount in my account. I contacted again Dohop as I couldn’t find any direct flights from Amsterdam to Greece on the same day. I would expect that Dohop would try to find me a few alternative flights.. No, they didn’t even offer to do this..Dohop’s reply in an email was that they couldn’t assist as I had bought the ‘basic’ ticket ( I payed £1650 altogether) and they advised me to contact easyJet. When I called EasyJet they said that only Dohop could assist as they use different systems than Dohop and they can’t access the details of my flight.. so disappointed, so frustrated.. I finally changed my flight (myself) through the easyJet app-manage my bookings and found a direct flight from Uk to Greece.

I would advise to book each flight yourself and not through Dohop.

So frustrating

"NO CONTRATAR"

No lo recomiendo, Easy Jet casi que te obliga a contratarlo, luego cancelan el vuelo y no quieren devolver el dinero de este seguro de conexión. Entiendo que si lo cancelo yo pierda el dinero, pero si es la compañía la que cancela un vuelo previsto para dentro de 6 meses y por lo tanto no se va a producir por causas ajenas a mi, deberían devolver el dinero de un seguro que no se va a utilizar, repito, por causas atribuibles a la compañía. He reclamado pero se aferran a que ya han pasado 14 días desde que lo contraté. Confunden el derecho de desistimiento del consumidor con el incumplimiento de contrato. Por cierto, lo único que me duele es haber caído en el engaño, prácticamente te ves obligado a contratar el servicio y no hace ninguna falta, las compañías ya deben cubrir una posible pérdida de conexión.

"Suite un retard de vol à Toulouse"

Suite un retard de vol à Toulouse, nous avons loupé notre avion pour notre destination. Nous avons donc contacté le service dohop. Ils ont été très gentils et à l’écoute de notre demande ils nous ont aidé à prendre de nouveaux billets, et ils les ont totalement remboursés avec l’hôtel également. Merci beaucoup pour votre compréhension et votre gentillesse je vous recommande le service dohop.
