I booked a flight with a certain ariline company but made the reservation through Dohop. I needed to cancel my reservation and took steps to do so in the 24h window period after making the booking. I was not able to reach the airline company because their customer service was just unreachable (no phone number and super complicated to get in touch with a real person through chat). When I managed to finally talk with someone from the airline, it was past the 24h window period so my refund was denied. I then contacted DoHop and explained the situation and in the blink of an eye the situation was resolved. They contacted the airline for me and manage to get me refunded for the flights. So I spent 6 hours trying to reach the airline to finally get no help but I contacted DoHop and got the help I needed in less than an hour. I'm very grateful for the help and service they provided to me!
