However after some insistence and giving more detailed information I got the support email address. Both chat help and email response was super customer friendly.

I had a good experience. I made a mistake and accidentally booked the wrong flight and realized it 30 seconds after booking. I contacted the company and they immediately started the process of issuing my refund and I got an email the next morning just as they told me I would letting me know about them processing my refund and exactly the time frame. It's easy to have a good experience if everything goes well, but I feel that the the quality of a company shows when something goes wrong and I am definitely happy with how they corrected my issue.
