And after that Dariia had my case. Both Mika and Dariia were really nice and professional.

I had great experience. Dohop assistants were able to get me on next connecting flight, when my first one was 3hrs delayed. They communicated everything with easyjet.
They even picked the phone quickly and were very polite, even when I was a bit stressed.

"Stealth Tax "
I needed to travel from NI to Tromso, then to Oslo on to Barcelona and then back via London to NI. Two of these flights were with Easy Jet on their app. I’d seen that i could fly NI Gatwick then Gatwick Tromso. I saw mention of Dohop but as far as I was concerned said I did not want this service. You can imagine my surprise when I was then charged £32.51 for using their service to book this flight. An Easy Jet flight on the Easy Jet app!!! I’ve been told by Dohop that it is clear there would’ve been a charge for this service. There was not and it is a service I did not need or want. I was told the benefits of this service are three fold: Make your purchase as simple as possible;
Book your entire route in one go;
Send you a full summary of your route. What!! I was booking an Easy Jet flight on their app. I could easily have clicked 4 times instead of 2 and completed the purchase without this useless service. And isn’t a summary of the route called a booking confirmation that I got from Easy Jet anyway. This is a stealth tax, one I didn’t see and didn’t want. I’m told I used the service and do I pay for it. As it cost my £40 per flight for a bag I’d sooner have used that money to purchase the luggage. Beware of these people, a totally useless service and I as the unwitting customer am out of pocket. AVOID!!

"Worth the outlay when delays happen"
I was delayed for hours for a flight and had to stay overnight at Luton in the end. DOHOP dealt with my hotel refund promptly once I got home and contacted them.

Had a bit of a quirky glitch with my booking. My call was answered swiftly, by a real person, who solved the problem in a few minutes. Even offered to stay on the phone whilst I completed my booking to confirm that it was as intended.

"No Italian speakers"
Its been easy to get in touch with the assistant, but only because I speak English. There seems to be an Italian contact, but it was impossible to get in touch with someone speaking Italian! If you offer assistance for flights leaving or landing in Italy, it should be better to take into account that many travellers aren't able to communicate in a foreign language.
