Ne souhaite pas me remboursement des frais engagés par ma part suite à une annulation de vol à Singapour.
J'ai payé cette assurance pour les annulations de vols et quand il y a un annulation il ne couvre rien !!

Réactivité et compréhension nous permettront de faire ce voyage à l’île de Man ( si EasyJet ne change pas ses horaires une fois de plus… sans se soucier des horaires des vols en correspondance 🤞). On se retrouve pris en otage de modifications que l’on n’a pas demandées. Merci d’avoir accepter de changer nos billets sans frais supplémentaires.

I am having a lot of difficulty changing my flights. I would really appreciate a call from a supervisor who might be able to help. I am in EST .
One advisor said she would send me an email about what to do and she sent it at 5:55 pm the next day. I know time zones are an issue but I believe that was late in coming to me. The next advisor said to change my flights and that seats were available. When I changed Easy Jets, I found the Norse fights were sold out.
The 3rd advisor was confused about but did find that Norse has seats available even though the airline shows sold out. He gave me an email address to contact Norse. The email didn’t go through. That’s a summary of my situation
