I've been banking with Bethpage FCU for 15 years, primarily at the North Babylon branch. The service is great. The tellers are very polite and helpful. I'm especially happy with the Assistant Manager, Nydia. She is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to help. As long as Nydia is there, I'm going nowhere.

If you want great rates go to BFCU. If you want help in fixing a problem, be prepared. This will be a full time job. The reps are are not helpful and have no interest in fixing the problem. They want follow BFCU rules. No one returns a call or an e-mail. You have to be relentless for weeks. Everyone is just so nice and apologetic. No one can fix anything. Everyone needs an override. Who needs cheap rates. When you need help in fixing an account, they are indifferent to your problem. Have a wonderful day.
