"Absolutely horrible experience with…"
Absolutely horrible experience with insurance check due to a flood in my bathroom. They released 1/2 of the money awarded to me for repairs, they will not release the remainder so I can order the rest of the materials and pay my trades. I owe my contractor money, he won’t continue without payment so my job is at a stand still. I paid the insurance, I’ve never made a late payment on any of my bills. I highly recommend a real bank, credit unions are different. Seems this woman is trying to justify her job by holding back my funds. I’m closing all acts as soon as this ordeal is over and I’m warning anyone that is considering using BFCU/fourleaf that this is not a bank, they’re a joke of an establishment. I’ve made a complaint to the BBB and I’ll likely contacting a lawyer.

Representatives are always kind, considerate and respectful. Especially today when I had to see Thomas Rhett. I needed to show him my Non Drivers I.D.and also some texts that I got from my bank. We went over my bank account, there were two charges that I didn’t make and he issued me a new card.

"Cashing in Savings Bonds"
I made an appointment for 9 AM on a Saturday morning to cash in some savings bonds. I arrived before the branch opened - and when I walked in - I was about to sit down & wait my turn & a bright young man named Connor popped by to greet us all - There were 2 other gentlemen there to do transactions as well. He asked is anyone here for the 9 AM appointment to cash in bonds - I said it was me, & he said great we could get started in just a minute & then proceeded to direct one of the other gentlemen to the counter for his transaction & advised the 2nd gentleman that someone would be with him shortly.
Connor made the task of cashing in my bonds a little less horrible. We made some small talk as we procced the transaction. He answered questions about another problem that I had - was more than happy to write information down - so I could work on resolving another issue.
I was pleased with the transaction. I never felt rushed at any point.
Connor was kind enough to ask if it would be okay if they sent me a survey, I was happy with my transaction - the services that Connor provided in my humble opinion was outstanding.

All contacts from 3/25/25 t0 4/8/25 with Four Leaf on our HELOC application were extremely professional - very friendly and courteous , willing to go out of the way to assist in clarifying issues and assisting in helping us to get through the approval process, very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable about the product !!!! One of the best experiences every in completing and securing a financial product of any type. Anthony, Lorraine and Ariadna are true professionals which we feel are truly outstanding Four Leaf employees.Highly recommend !!!!
