I’ve only recently started banking at Bethpage Federal credit Union. I find their rates to be very competitive their staff to be very knowledgeable and they are very efficient.

No matter when I come in or what I come in for, customer service is always topnotch. It doesn't matter that I don't have a large balance in my account, I get the same sincere greeting and assistance.
On one of my last visits, I was assisted by a smiling young man who when questioned, told me he'd just completed his 3rd week. He was so happy and proud to be working there, it just made me happy and proud for him too.
I haven't, in all the years I've been banking with you, come across someone with a negative attitude; so you must be doing something right.
I also like the fact that NONE of your representatives come across as "woke". No one has outlandish hair color or dress. Thank you for that! You have NO idea how put-off that is to a customer.

Inertia is powerful, so I was reluctant to switch my business banking from one of the 'big' banks to Bethpage, but the experience could not have gone smoother. I did it in my local branch (not online) and the service was top of the line. In an age of automation and self-service, the humans at Bethpage are a pleasure to work with, and AVAILABLE by phone and email - which is nice :-)

Then, I was very pleasantly surprised with the convenient locations, the ease of opening accounts, and Bethpage's application. It automates all my banking needs, and my technical support was exceptional. Thank you for the good work.
