"I have been in the next payment batch…"
I have been in the next payment batch for more than a month now and still haven't seen any money transferred to my account. It's taking weeks to respond to emails and the response is always too generic and never helpful.
Update: I have received it indeed now

"UNRESPONSIVE"
UNRESPONSIVE
I am beginning to worry about my investment. I have sent 2 emails requesting details of how to return my funds to me. They do not respond. Beware. The person answering the phone claims she has NO IDEA what the criteria or process is and advises to just re-send my email insisting they WILL respond.

"Bricklane scam artists"
As expected , no reply to their failed promise ! I rest my case, they are Ponzi .
The usual meaningless repetitive update from Bricklane yesterday, taking us for fools !
Off to the best scam solicitors to squeeze my money out of Bricklane .

"This company is disgusting…"
This company is disgusting.Three years they have had our money , decreasing by the day.
Then the London fund is wound up , asked for my isa to be transferred 3 months later still waiting.E mails ignored. They still have nearly £40000 of my money decreasing daily , £20000 lost since opening , and now still cannot get my money owed.

"90% of REIT Funds Returned"
Not only I haven't received the distribution of the London fund, but my attempts to communicate with Bricklane have also been utterly ignored.
Sadly, Bricklane is not registered with the FCA as of September. The FCA advised to contact Gallium Fund Solutions, which was the principal firm at the time of the investment and is still regulated by the FCA.
Gallium seemed to be more responsive and I have started a complaint procedure. However, I haven't heard from them lately. Now waiting for the complaint term to expire so I can involve the Ombudsman.
UPDATE: Gallium replied to my complaint within 8 weeks with a very detailed response and 90% of the funds left in the REIT fund after losses have now been transferred to my bank account. Despite whitelisting Bricklane support email address, still no response directly from them. Dashboard not updated.

"PUBLISH COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE"
Yet to receive return of my London fund or any responses to my emails and phone calls of the past few months. Requested details of complaints procedure over 2 weeks ago, and still no response even to that. The very least this company must do is publish the complaints procedure right here right now in their response to me as this seems to be the only place they respond to their long suffering customers. It should be published and easily available on your website. Don’t fob me off as you have done to others, with requesting complaints procedure by email. This does not work when you are not responding to emails or phone calls.

"Lucky you !"
Dr. Varma - you are one of the lucky ones.
It seems as if asking for bank details was a delaying tactic. The next delaying tactic seems to be to ask for a Bank Statement and then still nothing and no response. I wonder what I will be asked for next ??

"No information on London Fund payout"
Based on others' feedback below, it is unclear whether Bricklane responds to emails and the only way get their attention appears to be to post here. Like the individual complaints below, I have not received a payout from the London Fund and am seeking clarity on my own behalf. I also ask on behalf of another in my personal capacity. For the Bricklane staff reading this, see emails today of 11:56-11:59 UK time.
Comment following first Bricklane comment: it should be noted that my enquiry arose in the context of Bricklane having failed to meet its own announced timeline for the distribution of funds and update customers accordingly when it became clear that the announced timeline was not achievable. It appears that distribution was made to some customers but not others with no clear basis for the distinction. In respect of a customer on whose behalf I act, there was a distribution but it was a significant shortfall (in the thousands). Bricklane’s only response is that it is short-staffed and is unable to provide a response within one day. It provided no indication on when it might get back. It is highly questionable how such conduct is consistent with the FCA’s Consumer Duty, which would appear to apply to Bricklane and/or its affiliated bodies

With property prices increasing over the period of my investment in Bricklane how come that I seem to have lost about 25% of my investment.
