I’ve just invested new money and started the process to transfer my ISA. The process was incredibly simple. Excellent service to date. Getting exposure to UK residential property via an ISA, without a mortgage and needing to manage tenants is a no brainier.

The best way to invest in property - I love earning rental income without needing to manage tenants. Their customer service is excellent too. They have also recently updated the dashboard which makes tracking my investments really straightforward. I highly recommend Bricklane.

Bricklane is awesome- the way this company works means I've finally been able to get on the property ladder. Efficient service to get it going, with little admin on my side. Thoroughly recommend!

"Easy to invest."

On plus it's easy to open invest and manage but there are couple of minuses. They charge 2% of investment and monthly management fee. With capital on risk and house prices uncertainty the prices may go down. They show comparison of ISA 1.8% to bricklane 6.5% you may be hooked but from January return at bricklane was around 2.5% and with fees and capital on risk it may be better to go for ISA. I started invest in Feb and I just broke even this month. I know it's long time investment but I'd expect better performance for the risk. I didn't invest savings of my life so even loosing couple of percent won't be disaster.
