It is a big step to put most of your life's savings into the hands of any company without visiting and seeing them physically.
After reports on Zoopla and other "trade" sources I took the plunge and am very pleased that I did.
The staff are very accessible, extremely helpful and a human part of the business which makes their e-platform just a useful extension of themselves.
My investment is recent and modest but viewing it's performance on my personal dashboard came as a very pleasant surprise. After just six weeks a sizeable return had registered and reflected the performance graph over the longer period.
The good number of new properties that are scheduled to come on stream bodes well for the future.
I am seriously intending to put more in when another investment matures.
It is so difficult to get good returns on any safe investment these days but Brticklane has really delivered on it's promise.
