The platform is very intuitive and incredibly painless to sign up on. I'm happy with the returns thus far and they fall in line with I was expecting for my chosen investment (Regional Capitals).

It's a really simple, easy, low cost way to access the north property market right now without any expertise or large access to funds or a large line of credit. At the very least, your money will raise in line with house prices plus a little rental income too.

The website looks great and everything is clear and easy to understand, even for me somewhat of a beginner in investing. It might be a lot for some to do the £50 monthly payment or £100 one-off although you can set your monthly payment to £0 if you're low on funds on any given month via the website

I see some talking about low rental yields on Bricklane, but it's important to consider their math might be for "gross rental yield" which doesn't take into account mortgage interest (assuming you don't have £150,000 to buy property), the income tax you'll pay, upkeep of property & other deductions. What Bricklane pay you is 100% yours to keep, with no tax if kept in the ISA.

All in all a great way especially for younger people to access some rental yield as well as track the property market for reasonably low costs. 5/5

"I've been an investor with Bricklane…"

I've been an investor with Bricklane for around 9 months. Although the returns haven't been great so far i'm reasonably happy and realise that property is a long term investment. However they really need to improve the financial metrics in the dashboard. As others have mentioned the earnings numbers are very misleading and its very hard to work out your actual net return - I've just spent 30 mins and still can't correlate my calculations to the website. Would be great just to see one figure - my current NET return.
