I would give less than a star if there was such an option. emails to the email that is provided on the Bricklane website are bouncing back, so not arriving to capital at bricklane dot com. As for the other email - Support at bricklane dot com - no reply there. I got an email back from 'Rory at Bricklane' asking how can he help, but when I wrote back to him with my questions there was no reply. I have tried to contact the company via their telephone number and each time a different 'receptionist' answered the phone, each time with a different name. They are saying that they can't put me through because everyone is busy. They are apparently operating under 'no names policy', meaning they are refusing to name anyone that is working in this company and I might be able to talk to, they just keep saying that somebody will contact me back. Needless to say - that never happened.
It's too late to say stay away i'm afraid.

The amount of money you get back is actually less than what you have invested. I have not heard one positive (real) story where someone has made money of this (except the bosses of this site).

Not at all happy as I, like everyone else, would like my money back. I have only got £7700 of £10,000. I appear to have lost £2300. This has gone on too long.

I had invested in this bricklane.com and was very happy my monthly d/d, investments in both London region and Regionals, but not very happy with the email i had received a few weeks ago, The Grenfell saga has caused a lot of issues leading to the downfall of this investment company - Cladding a swear word now ! can't blame Bricklane.com i blame this awful govt that idiot Boris Johnson and his cronies ! Labour are not much better - Awaiting a reply from Bricklane.com for the update ! July 2021

Thank goodness I only put £100 into Brick lane . It's only worth £85 now. Other people have lost so much to these people. I made a withdrawal request a month ago and it's sitting there as a withdrawal to bank which has not happened. My money not yours bricklane.

"I invested in Bricklane as an ISA"

I invested in Bricklane as an ISA back in 2016 and had built up a fund of £20k (which I was very pleased with and proud of!). Then came Grenfell and the subsequent fall out for all high rises with similar cladding.
I don't blame Bricklane necessarily for this as the Grenfell cladding was totally legal (but shouldn't have been) and therefore 'our' properties would not have been flagged up as dodgy at the time of purchase.
I think they have made the correct decision to sell everything and I'm truly sorry it has come to this.
We are not on the right side of 70 so hope that all efforts will be made to begin payouts at the earliest opportunity. I just wish that i could have a better idea of how much we'll ever get back, but I do understand why this cannot be foretold.
My 5 stars have to be reduced to 3 unfortunately, for maybe not going for the top quality clad buildings as a standard. Fingers crossed all goes as best as can be anyway :)

"Avoid avoid avoid"

I invested with these guys for a good few years and in the end I lost more than I made. I should have learned my lesson from that but as fate would have it they bid in the flat that I am selling and I accepted their offer. This was over 6 months ago and they are yet to exchange. They're experts at providing useless excuses for continuous delays and leading you down the garden path. I so wish I had never dealt with them but I guess its too late now. Hence if you're reading this, learn from the likes of me and stay as far away from them as you possibly can. Giving them 1 star is way more than what I would have chosen.
