This is the second time I've used Macbuyback and this transaction was as excellent as the first one. Great communication from the team all the way through. They supplied a DPD return label, emailed to let me know the macbook had arrived and let me know when payment would be made after testing. All in all a very pleasant experience with a better trade in price than other trade in sites.

It all worked well apart from a problem with the collection company DPD. The other issue is with the phone contact with the company MacBuyBack. Their phone number is answered by a person who very politely explains he has no access to any information regarding your sales and you have to email the company, I think the person answering the phone should be able to look at your case and provide answers.

I used this company and its sister company (selling an iMac, buying a Mac mini). Both sides of the transaction were absolutely great. Mini arrived in vgc, as described, and has been running as a media server since. The iMac price was fair, and after inspection/soak testing, payment was prompt. Yes, I probably have got more money from other private selling sites, but there's always shipping and the potential for scams and hassle. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.

I had recieved an offer from another company who then chipped me down by over £250.00 after they then added further conditions to the sale which were not on the online submission. So I got the Mac back and used MacBuyBack who offered a competitive price. They organised the collection through DPD and kept me updated on the progress. After a week they paid the amount in full without any issues. Great service and would use again.
