"Paid £155 for a Drayton Digistat +3RF…"
Paid £155 for a Drayton Digistat +3RF Thermostat in December 2022 which has packed in just after the 2 year warranty ran out in the middle of winter.
Substandard product from a substandard company.
Would not recommend them an will not be buying any of their rubbish in the future.

Love the system.
Fitted to whole house to give total control in every room and over water temp
Love the visibility and instant control that the App provides
Note sure about the insight data but on the whole very happy and pleased
Power saving mode is great when you go away
Main issues we had were not Drayton caused, the wi-fi we have needs a booster in the house and connecting to the Hub to get a good connection was problematic - eventually sorted and the installer didn’t really give a good overview of how the system works or what to do
The support C/S from Drayton is brilliant - fast; efficient; clear concise and responsive
Obviously impacted by price changes and weather but on the whole I think we are using less power (I know this as I can review on the App from our power supplier not Daytona data) but certainly have greater control and at our finger tips and no need to mess around altering radiator valves

"Excellent Product and Excellent Support"
I have 'Wiser' wi-fi controlled valve heads which give me full control, through the Wiser App, of every radiator and hot water and the flexibility that has provided me in optimising the heat load and setting up schedules, to minimise our energy consumption, has been magical!
In now the three years I have had the system, we have had to call Drayton Support on a few occasions and each time, our issue has been speedily resolved and that has been much appreciated.
So if you are looking for a simple and user friendly system with a manufacturer that stands by its products for the longer term, then you would have to go very far to find someone possibly better than Drayton

"Support Call"
Made a support call which was answered promptly. The operarive understood my convoluted explanation of a issue relating to an upgrade of a heating control. They implemented an immediate fix which remedied the issue. Perfect!

"Well just chucked it in the bin"
Well just chucked it in the bin. Bought last November. Unable to do a firmware update as it claimed it couldn't connect via Bluetooth even though I was changing temperature etc via it! Contacted support who got me to try lots of things. None of which worked. Left it as it was sort of controlling the c/h. However come this winter realised it was turning heating on and off at odd times. Despite seeing the 'flame' indicating calling for heat boiler/pump weren't running. Then a while later I would hear the relay click and on would come the heating. And no, I didn't have any of the 'smart' facilities enabled. Back in October contacted again about firmware update. Lots of emails and a phone call from a nice young lady who eventually admitted defeat and told me I was being raised to 3rd level support. Since then not a word even from the original young lady. At that time still in warranty. So avoid is my advice.

"Awful Customer Service"
Please don’t buy anything from their online shop. Returned the parcel as it is and still after approx 20 days of them receiving it back, chasing for a refund. Bogus claims on their website of refund within 5 days.
Now not even replying back to my
Emails. Called customer service and they brushing me off stating we don’t know where the refund is and we cannot answer for our accounts department responsible for the refund.
Seriously, where should a customer go then?

Very quick email response to my query. I'd not set the timer up properly. I'm not a technical person so I rang them on the number they supplied. Spoke to a lovely lady called Karen who guided me step by step through the process. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and her help and guidance was very much appreciated by this 72 year old senior citizen. Paul

Contacted them for technical support on their product that was installed. Quick reply from Gemma, easy enough instruction unfortunately didn't fix the issue but it's an installation issue not their fault ,Gemma was great though as it narrowed down the issue.
