Great service by phone and email when I purchased a kit from Drayton. The kit arrived on time well packed. The instruction videos were really helpful. When I had a few issues I used the telephone support which was really excellent. It is so rare to find a company that actually provides timely and correct support through a human being that it really needs to be highlighted. Thank you!!

"New battery compartment."

Required a new battery compartment in 2021 and Drayton sent me a replacement free of charge. I required another one this week, and again they posted it to me free of charge. Beat that if you can!!

"Drayton Lifestyle LP241 controller…"

I purchased a Lifestyle LP241 controller. The instructions of wiring it in are poor in my view but after contacting Drayton they sent me full wiring instructions the next day via email. I am impressed by how easy it is too set up as I am not into too much technology . Time will tell on reliability but I like the Keep it simple method. Quick and easy.

"A superb support service"

A superb support service, efficient, quick and completely satisfactory. I had the pleasure of dealing with Karen who was professional and extremely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Drayton. Their TRV4 valves are excellent and so is their support back up, I wish more companies were as good !

"Excellent customer service"

We inherited our Wiser system when we moved house, but I've found the Hub and Thermostat really easy to use and very effective. The two times I've had to contact customer service they have been excellent - quick to respond to calls, talked me through issues clearly and simply, and helping me to troubleshoot and resolve my issue (which ultimately was not to do with the Wiser system itself, but the valve).

"Wiser smart TRV's Installation"

Installed 12 Wiser trv heads with 2 standalone thermostats. Connecting the system proved to be a challenge but after a few calls to technical the problem was resolved. The issue was my phone, used another family members and connected straight away. Had a little bit of teething problems setting up all the schedules but again a call to technical soon resolved this. The valve heads are nice and quiet and respond instantly. I have previously installed the Honeywell Evo home system and would say that the Drayton Wiser system works much quicker and better. The technical department are first class ! All my calls were answered quickly and efficiently and there even open all day Saturday. Well done Drayton.

"Great Help"

For the second time I have had to contact Drayton to get answers. On both occasions I asked for simple explanations to my two problems as I am not very "techie".
Both queries were answered as I requested - simply.
Karen gave me the answers exactly as I wanted them. The service was first class, and I do not hesitate ihn giving 5 stars.

"A really great system !"


A really great system. - Loving it so far !
My Wiser system was installed five weeks ago and so far so good.
My new Grant Eco Oil Boiler installer set up the Wiser Hub and replaced all the Radiator Valves.
We then added the Wiser WiFi Heads one by one and set up the system ourselves
We also set up the room schedules, having loaded the App on our Mobile Phones and iPads first.
The process was step by step but not difficult.
We found the signal strength in a couple of rooms to be a bit low. (Occasionally dropping off).
So we purchased an extra Wiser Smart Plug for £40ish to extend the RF Range and this has worked perfectly.
We had an issue with assigning a Table Lamp to the SMART Plug and in the end got into a conversation with Customer support.
Mike, Owen and then John, analysed our problem and with a couple of messages back and forward and resolved the issue.
Over all we are loving the functionality and flexibility of the Wiser system including the possibility to control everything remotely and whist away.
Also by only heating each room when we want to the temperature we want, we will be consuming less heating oil and thus saving money and the environment.
So, over all a happy Customer !
