booked a flight through FlightHub, paid CA$932.95 in full, and they never even issued me an e-ticket. Then they claimed there was a “name error” — even though I entered everything correctly — and tried to charge me an extra $75 just to fix it. Without paying more, they wouldn’t issue the ticket. That’s right: I paid, and they refused to deliver the service unless I paid again.

When I tried to cancel within 24 hours, they still withheld $75 unless I rebooked with them. Their system is designed to trap you — shady fees, zero accountability, and hour-long hold times. I’ve spent days fighting this, and now they’re saying I have to wait until June for a refund they should’ve processed immediately.

If you’re thinking about booking with FlightHub — don’t. Save yourself the stress and go directly through the airline or a trusted site. These guys are middlemen who take your money and then disappear when there’s a problem.
