Just an old mans opion. Here is what i sent today to them about what they think is an awsome sale....Wow these prices.... and you cant even give any amo. I like your product but glad other companies are hitting the market. Im sorry i really like your products but cant help that its GREED or you need a better supplier. I think its an insult that you cant even trow in some amo and think its a great deal.

"My last order couldn’t be delivered by…USPS"
My last order couldn’t be delivered by USPS and was returned to sender. I called Customer Service and Kayla, a very nice and competent person fixed everything right away, resent my order a different way.
My order arrived and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kayla for such a pleasant experience. I wish all customer service was this good.

Kayla P and Jordan H deserve a huge end of year bonus. They have been communicative throughout the entire process, which I thought I caused. However, apparently it was one of those rare manufacturing issues but they both have been beyond helpful and available with all my questions! I told Jordan that other than Amazon I don’t know I have ever dealt with 2 better customer service technicians than Kayla and Jordan. Bryna is blessed to have them and saved me as a customer, which will be spending thousands more.

"Error on website, wrong product received."
I made a purchase for A Byrna LE model which was advertised with a 7 projectile clip for Canada. Once received, 5 projectile clips were received. I reached out to customer support hoping they would make good on their customer service promises. After 8 messages , Byrna acknowledged it was advertised incorrectly yet refused to send me the larger clips. They removed the wording, and once doing so escalated my complaint to Will H., a supervisor who in certain words , asked me to show him where I saw this. Of course it ( the wording ) was now removed and Will replied that I received what is NOW advertised. Im not happy, that a large company refuses to keep the customer happy despite their acknowledgement of their error.

Could’ve bought a Byrna launcher locally But I called them instead. No long wait time they answered quickly, spoke to a woman named Sam. I Highly recommend you call and talk to her. Knowledgeable, informative, Helpful. Outstanding Sam.
