I bought the Byrna for a present for my wife on November 15th and she did not want it, so I went to return it and they only accept returns a 14 days after the sale. Mind you, it was never used and is unopened. These guys have horrible customer service.

As far as customer support it is 5 out of a 5, but for me trying out my new Byrna I haven't tried shooting it quite yet. I am thinking about buying a shooting tent so I can practice on my shooting.
