I bought the new Byrna launcher, life size target pack. The target tent was defective. Contacted Byrna and they immediately responded with replacement. That is standing by your product. Plus the launcher is a great addition to our family protection. My wife is so much more comfortable using this non-lethal weapon. And she is getting very good at it even at 50ft. I am looking forward to DOJ g business with Byrna.
