Pure legal were amazing. I was left lost and confused after suffering a data breach. From the first consultation to the success of my case they were superb. They explained everything clearly and did not mind how many questions I asked. I have a friend who is studying law at university and was very impressed by the quality of their work. They were very on the ball; they spotted tricks used by the opposition to make the case more difficult to sort and stopped it. They would not stand for time wasting from the opposition and got me a result I was very happy with. I did email them to say thank you after and so was delighted to offer a review. Ask them for help; they’re good!

Pure Legal took my case on in 2019 a very serious Data Breach with a general Hospital, however after agreeing a 25% commission from the onset i received a phone call today saying they will now be taking 70% for there fees and commission, I am distraught at this please if you go with this company, be clear on there greedy ness. the damage that the Data breach has caused is huge even attempting suicide and loosing my job, which is why i decided to take the NHS Trust to court but Pure legal wont go to court

"Continuous Delays and Poor Communication by Pure Legal"
I signed up with Pure Legal on the basis they would reclaim my mortgage overcharged interest. In 15 months, all they have done is obtain my mortgage file, (Which I could have done much more quickly)
yet they have drawn down a substantial part of my claim cover. They finally received the file in April, but, as of two weeks ago hadn't even bothered to allocate a claims-handler. Pathetic ! There's no response to e-mail or telephone requests for details of progress, presumably because there hasn't been any. After many phone calls, I did manage to ascertain they are waiting for a test-case, but they would not tell me when, or by whom, the case would be listed, if ever. Very secretive about the lack of progress. I have spoken to the Law Society, who could only confirm Pure Legal are still able to accept new business, despite what appears to be a huge backlog. It seems I am now going to have to involve the Ombudsman. I have already contacted their financial backers, Novitas Loans, because of my concern at the rate the money allocated has been drawn down. I've given them one star out of five, but really, that was way over-generous. Appalling is a better description.
Here's an example of my e-mail in Feb to their Complaints Dept "Really dis-appointed with the constant delays in this case. I can see from the many adverse reviews that this situation seems to be the norm with yourselves. What are you doing in order to improve your service, please, as you have had my paperwork for a very long time indeed ?
"If I do not receive a timetable for actively moving forward within a week I will have to ask the Law Society to look into this, given the problems other claimants
are clearly facing. I realize you had to re-negotiate the claims insurance, but you could at least have progressed the case to the point of submitting a claim in the meantime".
I'm still waiting...................................

Been trying to contact pure legal solicitor for ages now spoke to pure legal they can’t even get me through to them case been going on 4 years what a waste of time looks like they have used all the legal money allocated to my a account and not gone any further not happy

Been trying to get some answers from there for over a year and e-mailed phoned and had no joy regarding claim for overpaid interest, courtesy would be nice to have the decency to at least answer me and say it's been a total waste of time but no......

funny enough Yes now have had contact and email has to take trust pilot to get it done at least i have a direct contact name now after over a year

Prompt response to e-mails, easy and friendly to talk to by phone. Claim failed but not for want of trying by Purple. Would happily use them again if the need arose.
