A Shock composite sink that is in a home of less than 5 years old is cracked from the sink outlet to the drainer tray. After living in more than 15 properties over the last 20 years I have never seen this happen. This product is poor quality and I will not be replacing my sink with a Shock sink. Absolute crap product

I have a Schock Black Granite sink and I hate it.
Not long after we got it i noticed chips in it,(interesting that this has happened since you can apparently fire bullets at it, then it started Crazing. Was cleaning it as per the instructions. Would never recommend this sink to anyone EVER. We got a replacement from the supplier which was very useless as the sink is undermounted. Will cost a lot to replace it. NOT HAPPY!!

We purchased a Schock composite sink 2 years ago when we had our kitchen updated. I would not recommend these sinks to anyone, it has not worn well, it is used in a home with two adults only and has really only light use. The surface of the sink bowl is really marked, it is cleaned regularly but not with abrasive or harsh chemicals. The sink it replaced was a 20 year old Franke, and knowing what I know now, I should have bought another Franke. Perhaps Schock sinks are designed only to be looked at?

What a very poor attitude to customer service. The sink I have stained very badly and on complaint was in so many words told I had not looked after it in the correct way by following instructions. I certainly did not expect to re-seal the sink every 6 months and dry it with a hairdryer! I would NEVER recommend this company .and certainly not purchase one of their products. I agree totally with others reviews but do hope someone received good after care service. Primarily I bought this because being German I thought they would be super-efficient. And also as a native of the country I trusted their reliability. Sadly they did not come up to standard.

I paid over £200 for a Schock tap 2.5 years ago. It started spraying a jet of water from the bottom of the removable spray/spout. A completely unserviceable part that has rendered the tap useless. I contacted Schock who were not interested and simply fobbed me off several times, telling me to contact Amazon. Of course, Amazon weren't interested either; repeatedly telling me that "2.5 years is the average life expectancy of a tap".

I can't find any mention of a warranty/guarantee for Schocks taps anywhere. I suggest if you are buying a tap in this price range, stick to a reputable company like Franke or Grohe who sell quality items and provide a 5 year warranty.

Crack in the sink ,bought it less than 2 years ago ,now the sink is leaking.

Took the sink out the totally undamaged cardboard box and it had a hairline crack in it . Following the crack line down it comes to an area that the Manufacturers had tried to repair , it should have been scrapped . I will take it back to Magnets tomorrow for a refund or a stainless steel replacement . watch this space .

We have a Schock Kitchen sink. We discovered a cracked along the side of the sink but could not get any after sales service. The long term warranty is absolutely useless. Beware if you consider buying a Schock product!!

I've had a Schock Campus installed for 10 years now and the sink looks just as it did when I purchased it in 2008! Its very easy to clean and maintain. Its doesn't scratch at all or chipped from the odd time I've dropped my metal pans on it. I'd strongly recommend schock Granite sink to everyone!

"Don't believe everything you are told."

I purchased a sink from Schock as I was told by the retailer it would not stain. Within a few months it started to stain and deteriorated badly over the following years. I can't change it as it will be very difficult to remove and find a new sink of exactly the same dimensions to fit. So, I'm stuck with this horrible sink for ever. Don't believe everything you are told.
