I Have a Shock "Sink / Tap " Purchased in UK
The tap is constantly leaking and their UK contact Number is constantly answering sorry temporarily not available !! 2 Days now "SHOCKING service"
As I am going on holiday tonight I am not impressed with their back up service / product quality looks good !!! but looks are not every thing
also expensive
So have disconnected the supply so family not impressed as well so will have to use other sinks!!

I own one of there sinks have had some big marking issues there supposed to have a lifetime guarantee has taken over 4 weeks for them to email me back with cleaning instructions i already had ,then be told to seal the sink so these marks dont happen again.They dont care for there customers most unhelpful company ever ,dont waste your money as any issues you get your on your own .

"I regret the day I purchased"
I purchased a white sink, it stains something chronic and stains are very difficult to remove, having to result in using bleach and jif combination and still not entirely satisfactory. Wrote to Schock in Germany to complain and they didn't even have the decency to reply. For an expensive sink it is disgusting, I regret the day I purchased it!!!

"Warranty Not worth a sausage"
I bought a German kitchen with this expensive German sink as part of the package....
The sales literature suggests the sinks are "robust, can withstand impact and high temperatures"
After 6 months a major crack develops on our sink....
They suggest "maybe you dropped a heavy pan on it"
No we haven't...
And in any case they said.....
"Our warranty doesnt cover a fault in the material"
So what's the point of the warranty?!
Avoid this brand...no valid warranty and very poor customer service....
