Total ametuer outfit. Next radiators bought from this mob should be FLAME RED. . Sent me scrap. When i sent back . Because I only opened one of their scrap radiator packages ,only re embursed me for one . Still own me £181. . You reap what you sow .And the reply below is Rubbish. They changed advert after I highlighted the fack that when you click on the name of the radiator, a picture of an anthacite radiator pops up. Im slating them on every social media forum I can find. If i can stop just one person buying from these Amatuers ,then my job is done.

"Service support is woeful"
The mark of a good company is how they act when they get something wrong. I would have liked to be leaving a 5star review as the designer rads I purchased look lovely.
When they were fitted by an experienced and reccomended plumber of over 20 years however, a problem became apparent. I had mounted the rads in advance for easy connection and to all intents and purpose it looks perfectly symetrical. Unfortunately thats not the case but there are no externally visible indicators for this. After leaving, I noted that only 2 of 9 bars on rad would heat so contacted NWT. They quickly diagnosed it as being upside down and acknowledged that it should have had a sticker marking the top, but its not uncommon for them to fall off in transit. I therefore had to call out the plumber to return and swap around at my additional cost. I then contacted NWT back afterwards to confirm that was the problem. They were more delighted than me as I was out of pocket due to their error. They absolutely dismiss any responsibility and basically stated they werent willing to discuss it as it wasnt their problem. Anyone can take money in and ship goods out. However there are good ways to do it and bad, and in this case it was bad. To then also not care or take any responsibility when its so obviously at least 50% their error is awful service.

Excellent service, I bought a fabulous designer radiator for my new kitchen, the quality for the price is second to none and your showroom has inspired me to make some changes to my other rooms. The staff are friendly helpful and witty, thanks I will visit again.

We were looking for new shower drain covers and struggling with finding the right size. Rang NWT Direct during lockdown, the staff member who answered the phone went and measured one of the products for me and rang me back to confirm the sizes. Products despatched yesterday and arrived today. Great service, thank you.

"They don't seem to like negative reviews!"
I bought six Nova Live R panel heaters from them. I wrote a review and got a 'please verify your review' email on 20th February 2020. The review was negative but, I thought, constructive for those people that would not like a very noisy bedroom heater with a display so bright it lights up the room. A week later the review's not been published and no communication from them. I had already contacted them about one of them and their suggestion was to send it back at my own cost. However, now all six have an issue and the cost of sending back is outrageous so I'm going to grin and bear it until I can afford ones that aren't cheaply made.
REPLY TO YOUR COMMENTS BELOW: Youo have omitted to mention that I emailed you on 17/02 as follows, but didn't receive a reply: "I’ve delayed doing anything about sending the heater referred to below back because I swapped the noisy 1.5kW heater with another from elsewhere in the house. The replacement was quiet for about a month, maybe slightly longer, but now is as noisy as its predecessor which suggests the installation is fine but the heater isn’t. In fact ALL of them ( 1X 1kW, 3X 1.5kW, 2X 2kW) make a noise to a greater or lesser extent and the 1 kW heater sometimes ‘beeps’ when the programme stops and it defaults to the frost setting. Unfortunately this is in the bedroom too.
I have tried pushing the heaters gently towards the wall in case the fixing is a little loose/flexible but it doesn’t change the level of noise on any of them.
Reluctantly I have to agree with my husband that they are cheaply made, very poorly designed ‘rubbish’ items as all of them seem to have an issue to a greater or lesser extent. Sending any of them back would just result in them being replaced with something equally cheaply made. And anyway, the cost of sending them all back will be ridiculous!
I will leave an appropriate product review. "

"Quality all the way"
Quality all the way . First class service . Contacted NWT on a Tuesday morning and spoke to Thomas Who sorted my order straight away answered my questions ref to dimensions so placed order . Shower tray and glass screens were delivered at 8 am Thursday morning on a pallet ,really well packaged. Can,t thank you enough at NWT . Just great quality service thanks

Very poor and appalling customer service
I returned 2 radiators and only got a partial refund.I rated this company a 1 star before and they have threatened me with no refund unless I change my rating. I tried contacting them through ebay before I used trustpilot, but got no response from them. They only responded after I reviewed. I have been accused by them for opening a fraudulent case for returns, but as I explained to the company repeatedly, I was following advice given to me by ebay. This should have been a very simple matter of receiving goods and refunding the money. The partial refund was given by ebay as well, not the seller. My recommendation is to stay clear, very clear of this company, specially if your not happy with something, forget about any proper communication.
