Ordered Nov 26 still haven’t received it. I would recommend not buying this. Unless you are planning for next year.

I like that this company always posts please send us your information but there is no way to respond to them.

"Ugly sweaters that are pretty good"

Positives: Entertaining, great designs with vibrant colors; perfect printing; decent fit; no garment tags on "sweater"; plentiful communication

Negatives: Screen-printed on so-so quality fabric, more sweatshirt than sweater; poor clickthroughs to order information on email updates; ordered 3 ugly sweaters before Thanksgiving, received them just before X-mas; ordered 3 sweaters within minutes, received them separately over the course of 3 weeks.

Update: Hooktab requested I contact them by email on 12/17/24. I messaged support on 12/16/24, a day before they requested.

If you live in the states be prepared to take over a month from when you order to when you receive it. I still haven’t gotten mine test beaky 5 weeks.

Looked like a nice knitted xmas sweater but its just cheap.
They were nice about it. But still, if you want a nice sweater, this is not it

Hoy he recibido mi jersey y cuando lo desempaqueté llegó la sorpresa. Pedí un jersey de Lord of the rings del Balrog vs Gandalf. Los colores negros se veían grises, con señales de mala impresión.
El pattern del jersey no encajaba por ningún sitio. los cosidos se ven blancos porque la impresión no llega bien a todas las partes del jersey. Además de unas manchas negras que no tienen ningún sentido.
La verdad que ha sido una mala experiencia y muy desagradable sentirme estafado de esta manera.

Les he enviado un correo para ver que solución me dan. Pero ya veo que si quiero algo, tendré que gastar dinero en enviar yo el paquete de vuelta.
Una pena no poder subir fotos a esta review para que veáis lo que venden.
En conclusión 1 vez y nunca más

"Buyers beware..read reviews and be prepared to wait"

I ordered my Christmas Sweater on November 29th and received an email saying that it shipped on December 3rd with a USPS tracking number and that USPS was awaiting the item from the shipper which made sense since the label was created that day. However when I check the tracking number again one week later, USPS still shows that they are awaiting the item from the shipper. Sent an email inquiring about the status of my order that ultimately bounced but somehow ended up getting an email that my order was completed with no update to the tracking number. Getting very concerned based on other reviews showing similar situations and am considering issuing a dispute if there isn't another update by next week as I was hoping to have this in time for Christmas and taking over two weeks to ship an item is pretty ridiculous

I received my order at long last. Sadly was a bit disappointed in the quality of the christmas "sweater." It's not a sweater more so like a long sleeve graphic t-shirt as it is pretty thin. The quality is a bit questionable as well as you can tell it was printed on and not stitched in like other high quality sweater companies. Was excited for this sweater and was interested in buying more as they carry designs of some of my favorite franchises but will unlikely order from here again.

Additional context, their support did reach out to me to provide an update which was appreciated but the response and updates to the tracking info did not align so I was in the dark as to where my package was until it arrived at my door

Took a couple weeks but the products did arrive and they were in good shape. Great quality and even though they're supposed to be ugly Christmas sweaters, got tons of compliments when I wore then out. Highly recommend!

"Bad experience "

When I submitted the order, there was immediately a technical issue that took my money but did not confirm the order. It got resolved when texting customer service. After the order being received, it took them 2 full weeks to prepare it and send me a confirmation email. Now, it's taking 2 weeks to ship it, as it is produced and shipped from China, not USA. But with American prices. Their explanation: "As all our products are printed on-demand, they may take 1-2 business days of sorting, 3-7 business days of production, 1-2 business days of sorting for shipping and 7- 14 business days of shipping . Normally, our customers receive within 15- 25 business days."
Reality: another fake western company that simply mass produces their overpriced and poor quality (see other reviews) products in China

"DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!…"

This is my second time leaving a review for this terrible company. After my first review, they requested more information from me via Trustpilot. I sent them the requested information and was told to wait a few more days since the tracking status had not been updated for two weeks. I waited a few days and still received nothing nor has the tracking status been updated. Still unable to get a hold of anyone via the phone number listed on the site. I don’t understand how this company has received any legitimate good reviews. Unless they are paying for them. Take my advice, do not waste your money on this company.

This company emailed me again stating they will refund my money for my order but I should receive the order and I can keep it as a gift. Even had the audacity to request that I remove my review. Still haven’t received my order.
