Very unprofessional I made a purchase and still haven’t received my sweater. It’s been two months now hook tab. Send me emails telling me to be patient. Still haven’t received an update on my sweater. Asked for a refund several times no response now.

I placed an order over a month ago and, to this day, I still haven't received it. Despite waiting patiently and checking for updates, there has been no resolution. Failure to deliver on time is disappointing. I expected much better service. I cannot recommend this experience to anyone looking for timely disappointing.

I got the Macho Man Christmas sweater. The sweater is fully sublimated, so the image quality was good, and the fabric was light weight compared to wool or cotton. Shipping took a couple weeks, so if you need something quickly take that into account. Other than that everything was good.
