"Misleading update"

Ordered Christmas Sweater November 30th, was told on 4 December it had shipped. When I check the tracking number on USPS, it says they are still waiting for package from shipper.

Package was lost by the carrier and severely delayed but it was no fault of Hooktab

Hooktab, while a bit slow at communication, did work with me and the sweater arrived in time for my work function so I have updated my review to 5 stars.

Would consider doing business with them again in the future.

"Don't order unless you have your size 100% correct!"

I have read in other reviews that they order by mistake an M size i.o. the size required. This mistake is caused by the webstore as it goes to the default size M on every change you make or search task.

Hooktab does NOT return on ordering the wrong size, ONLY when the design is a misprint or when damaged (how can you check this?).

I received a message that I can't send the sweater back, because "their system" registrered I did order size M (due to the default reset). Duh.

Please do not order from webstores like Hooktab where you can only return goods after approval of the webstore itself.

"This is a scam website"

This is a scam website. They steal their designs from Anime Ape, then print the designs on poorly seen sweaters that fall apart after one wash. Hooktab claims their location is in New Mexico, but they're actually located overseas. They send emails stating "your order has shipped" yet USPS is still waiting for the package a week later. I've emailed them twice and been ignored twice. DO NOT ORDER FROM HOOKTAB. I regret my order from them tremendously, as I'm now neck deep in the process of disputing the charge.

First of, do not order from this company!

I had ordered a chrismas themes sweater from them for €50. A pretty big sum for a sweater. It allrived about 5 weeks later. The quality was extremely poor. Synthetic and very course. THere were also dark stains on the sweater wich were not part of the print.

I contacted the customer support. At first they did not want to accept a return. I had to give them al sorts of information and photos etc. They tried to make it very difficult and a lot of work for even to accept a return. I had to press them several times and even had to slap EU return policy law in their face to even get them to accept the return. After 6 mails I recieved a return addres. It was in the USA and I had to buy the label myself, only when they would recieve the package they would concider returning my money. Shipping from eu to usa is about €25. So meanwhile ill be down a total off €75 before even seeing any of it return.

This is a godawull fraudulent company, do not order here, you will be dissapointed!

I ordered a ordered a Xmas sweater from Hooktab for my work Xmas party. I knew that it was a printed and not knitted product, but as I appeared to be ordering from a US site, I was confident the quality would be good. I am in the UK and I wanted something a bit different. The first major red flag was when I got the tracking details and instead of shipping from the US, it was coming from China, so I wasn't entirely surprised when the "sweater" that arrived was dire quality. You can't really call it a sweater, it's thin, shiny polyester fabric. The finish is nothing like shown on the website. The stitching and print are very poor, with white patchy areas at the seams and the actual proportions of the garment would make for a poor fit on most people. I emailed Hooktab for a return and refund and it was immediately obvious that they weren't going to be easy to deal with. There were emails back and forth between us for days. They made poor excuses about the manufacturing process and offered me a 20% refund. I told them to compare the photos of the shirt they sent with the ones on their site and they offered me a 40% refund. They only refunded me when I told them I would raise a case against them with my bank/PayPal. Their offers are all the more laughable seeing that they've recently been running a site wide 40% off sale. The whole experience was stressful and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this site. You will get similar quality from Temu for a fraction of the price Hooktab are charging.

The Xmas sweater arrived when it should. But the quality of fabric is horrible and the collar around the neck is so wide it just looks wierd, big disappointment.

I recently ordered an "ugly" Christmas sweater from Hooktab. I had been toggling back and forth between things and accidentally ordered a M when I wanted an XL. I emailed them asking how I could fix this and they changed it immediately.
