Never received my sweaters :( delivery didn’t make it to my house.

Ordered a Mario kart ugly Christmas sweater and boy it is ugly, but not in the good way. On the images on the website it looks pretty good but in reality not. The sweater looks more like a soccer shirt instead of a sweater and also the sizing is off. I ordered a M size and the arms are very long and big but the length of the shirt itself is quite short. This looks very weird and feels uncomfortable as well. This is not worth the money and I don’t dare to go to the office with this. I’m actually feeling sad because the design for the rest is quite nice and cool. Anyway 2 stars because it got delivered from China in time for Christmas.

I cannot provide a review for an item I haven't received. I've been tracking my order, and it has been stuck in the same location for two weeks. My ugly Christmas party is in two days, and I still don’t have my sweater. I placed this order well in advance to ensure it would arrive on time. If I had the option to cancel my order, I would, but I’m concerned I wouldn’t get my money back.

Ordered back on November 20th and still have not received ordered. Emailed company multiple times and feel like I am getting a run around.

Received email with update tracking. Company took a little time getting it but they have work hard to get it moving. They are working on getting the item to me asap.

Ordered a shirt on 11/22/24. They said it shipped on 11/26/24 and it never arrived. It only had to go from Chicago to St. Louis, so not sure why it's taking a month. I could have driven there and back in 10 hours. I want to cancel and get a refund. Wish I had read all the bad reviews before ordering. Wish I could give them negative stars. I go one email saying they got my order and it would ship. Since then no communication why it would take so long. I won't have a shirt (not really a sweater) for my Christmas party. Just the worst.

I ordered the product on 11/16. It is now 12/15. The product, per Hooktab, is at their facility in Los Angeles, CA, and has been there for a week. How (expletive deleted) difficult is it for them to get off their dead (Biblical Beast of Burden) and deliver the (expletive deleted) package in the (expletive deleted) United States Postal Service? Perhaps I need to have conversations with people with titles like "Postal Inspector" and "Special Agent." NEWS FLASH: IN CASE IT SLIPPED THAT OVERCLOCKED NEURON YOU CALL A MIND, ACTS OF POSTAL AND INTERSTATE FRAUD ARE (EXPLETIVE DELETED) FELONIES YOU (EXPLETIVE DELETED) DOLT! HTB356001

Addendum: it is now December 21st. Still no sign that the package has moved or even actually exists beyond a USPS tracking number. Hooktab had the audacity to try to claim that my review was faked (they demanded that Trustpilot verify it). I will be in contact with state and federal authorities in due course.

Received sweater in time for Christmas and it was as described. Very nice quality and stylish. The shipping did take just a bit longer than normal, but at the price for the shipping I did not find it to be that big of a deal. I have reccomended to friends of mine and I will order for myself again.
