The sweaters are legit. Took about 2 weeks to deliver to Canada but the sweaters are awesome and nit heavy or knitted. Good for guys who overheat. Will be ordering more soon. So happy. Ohh yeah brother!!

Still waiting on a response for exchanging my sweater due to it not fitting correctly. Sweater is very nice. Disappointed in the lack of a response.

The ordering process was easy. But the turnaround seemed unusually long. I was getting nervous that I had been scammed but when I looked at the website again I saw that the it can take 3-5 days for the order to ship out and then an additional 12-17 business days for the shipment to arrive. Once I saw that I was more at ease and patient. For reference, I placed an order on 10/21/2024 and received it around 11/9/2024

Ordered 5 sweaters and it said my payment and order didn’t go through, but my debit card was billed. They were fast to respond and resolved the issue via email. Order is now in processing.

Purchased from them because website said located in New Mexico but Cole to find out the merchandise is coming from overseas and it takes up to 30 days for arrival. I needed my products far sooner and if the company would've said it's not made in America I wouldn't have purchased from them. My family Christmas photos are ruined because of the lies they placed on their website. Do not shop with these liars.

I don't care about your comment it was still delivered too late and it came from overseas when your website clearly stated NEW MEXICO. IF I WAS MADE AWARE THAT IT WAS COMING FROM OVERSEAS I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED BECAUSE IT STILL ARRIVED TOO LATE AND MY DAUGHTER'S SWEATER IS STILL NOT HERE SO DONT GIVE ME THAT BS TALKING BOUT CHECK MY EMAIL YOUR STILL A FRAUD WITH SAYING NEW MEXICO BECAUSE IT DONT TAKE 15 PLUS DAYS TO SHIP NOTHING FROM NEW MEXICO SO STOP WITH YOUR LIES PLEASE YOUR COMPANY IS TRASH AND FALSE ADVERTISE ABOUT YOUR LOCATION WHICH DEFINITELY HINDERS TIMING OF THE ORDER BEING DELIVERED. Terrible return policy, I bought 3 shirts and they won't refund me. The shirts are made too big. Very disappointed in this company.
