"Product was good"

Product was good. But it took about a month to arrive. So my ugly xmas sweater didn't arrive until January.

I ordered my Christmas sweater in November to only have it arrive in January. The quality of this sweater was also not worth the $50 we paid for it.

The seems are white from where the printing process missed and the shirt material is cheap.

Very disappointed that this sweater did not come in time for the holidays.

"Took Forever, Not a Sweater, Deceptive"

We were so excited ordering this "sweater" on Black Friday. It took almost a month to arrive. They did not meet the advertised time frame of when the product would ship and the attitude was unacceptable.

They advertise being US based, but the credit card was charged to a UK company which caused additional fees and hassles.

The actual product was a cheap sweatshirt with an inferior silk screen on it. As soon as we put it on the ink started separating and stretching out. It is indeed ugly with the patches of white, but not the intended ugly.

It's just rubbish. Sure I could return it, but I hyped it up and since it didn't arrive in time for the holidays, I put a picture of it in the box. The receiver didn't wanna make me feel bad and kept it, but I was absolutely mortified when he put it on.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this company and product.

As far as your response, it's clear that everyone has complained about the quality and deception. I just want a refund.

"Plan on waiting FOREVER"

The sweater is ok. It's a little thin and sizing runs a little small. Shipping took FOREVER. No indication when I ordered on black Friday that I wouldn't have it for Christmas. "Order complete" notification in 2 days. Lots of fake shipping scans and fake updates. Weeks go by and it finally arrived January 4. Ridiculous.

Loved the design and got tons of compliments on the creativity and uniqueness, That said, the quality was not the greatest. The material was a lot thinner than expected and I'm not so sure how well this will hold up after several washes.

"Long Wait for Budget Product"

The ugly "sweaters" I ordered during Black Friday didn't arrive until after New Years. What I received appears to be a budget-friendly option for liscenced or discontinued knitted sweaters. They do look a bit silly when stretched as the printing doesn't reach between the ribbing of the fabric.

Title is self-explanatory. Despite ordering my sweater well before the Christmas rush, I have received no further updates beyond the initial, "Your order is now being processed" email update that came two days after placing it; this is still the current status update, and I find it interesting that some other people who ordered after I did have already received their item(s). After reading so many other overwhelmingly negative reviews hearing how poor the quality is in relation to the extended wait times and how difficult it is to get a refund, I don't expect to make much headway but I'm not about to waste nearly $50 for a product that I likely won't even be able to enjoy knowing what a headache it's been trying to receive it. Please avoid this company, do your research beforehand, and consider buying from literally, literally anywhere else.

"Still WAITING, Ordered on 12/3/2024"

Ordered on 12/3/2024. Still have not received Sweater which was a Christmas present for my son. Had to spend more money with another vendor for another present for him. Have not had any shipping updates since 12/15 and that one made it seem like the item was in Chicago, but is was not.

Hooktab should let shoppers know in advance that their items are not stocked in North America and they must ship from China.

Do not buy from this company! They will take your money and you will never receive your item. It has been well over 30 days and still no item. Now I have to open a claim to receive my refund. Do not waste your time with this company!

Took about 3weeks to arrive..
Product is just as described, good quality print… 100%polyester sweater.
It was worth the wait !
