The Interparcel Service itself seems good, works well, easy to use.
Just DO NOT use ARAMEX. Failed to collect my parcel twice. First booked (and paid for) on a wed. Wasnt collected till the next tueday. Now it's been a week since it was collected and 'tracking' states its still 'in transit to melb from canberra. I received another parcel from the company im sending the parcel to and it was here the next day......
I wish I'd done some research before choosing Aramex as it seems I'm not alone.
Interparcel - drop Aramex as a client, they are useless.

O sent my pc using this service and clicked on insurance and everything, as well as agreed for the extra money for handling, my PC was damaged broken and I had to buy extra $990 for new motherboard and case. When I contacted them they kept sending me from one to anyone and each time I have to start all over then to be moved to someone else again.

Parcel was damaged and an item missing, now you want an extra $109 to deliver it. Claiming the parcel was 6.5 kilos when even on your own label it said 1 kilo and when we weighed the whole parcel it come in at .400grams

1) Your organisation says a Residential address doesn't count.
2) There is no where to leave instructions for driver on collection advice. Advised by your help number to email this in. Received reply that they then couldn't guarantee collection. Which is exactly what happen, nothing!!! Eventually someone did follow up and apologised and arranged another collection 4 days later!! Previously we could leave collection advise, include facility to get this problem fixed.

We paid a significant amount of money for a premium service for items to be delivered by a certain date for a very important conference. The driver was late collecting them and didn't seem to care and the items were not delivered on time, despite our constant chase up. No one seemed to know where the items were or too concerned about our issue.

I sent some documents that were booked on the 19th of April. Their website stated that delivery would be by 27th April. At the time of writing, it is the 16th of May today and the receiver still has not received the package!
What is most perplexing however, is that yesterday, I received an email stating that I had to pay an extra $23 additional charges! The reason for this is that they claim I had understated the original weight which was 100 grams (4 sheets of paper). Apparently they weighed this to be 0.45kg! How on earth can 4 sheets of A4 paper weigh nearly half a kilogram????
This is extortion! The customer is held at ransom to pay made up extra charges or else the parcel will not be delivered!
We have used Interparcel for many years but after this shambles, have instructed my office to never use them again!
Deliveries are delayed by more than 2 weeks and you have to pay additional charges to boot!
