I contacted Interparcel Australia after having a dreadful experience with another company to send a parcel to the USA. I expected the same run around and was astounded with how easy Interparcel Australia is to deal with and, likewise, how easy they made it for the parcel to be picked up from our address and sent to America. Very good price to send it and have been able to track it every step of the way.

Horrendous I waited over a week for my parcel to be picked up despite contacting them often I was told on three diff occasions it would be picked up it wasn’t bearing in mind I had to stay home for it to be picked up 9-5. Eventually they contacted me to tell me there was no record of me or my package and they would have to cancel and refund. Then the delivery driver finally showed up once it was cancelled and I couldn’t send it with him because it was cancelled!
Nightmare! Now I have to start again.

Customer service was great as I was experiencing problems(Murphy's Law) which were not caused by Interparcel. They promptly kept me informed at every juncture and offered a satisfactory resolution so that the parcel could be delivered from Sydney to Perth.I would highly recommend Interparcel because of the great customer service. The price was competitive and the tracking system was very good.

Parcel i have sent AU1040672277 was never said that South african postal services would be involved. If i had known this i could have thrown the parcel away because they are the most useless thieving company in south africa (many years of past experiences with them
