The delivery is so fast. And the delivery guy is nice. All my parcels are all good. No any damage.

I only gave 3 stars because the emailed instructions were quite different to what the courier was anticipating, which resulted in further requirements being met before the courier could accept the parcel. Once the parcel was accepted then it went smoothly with excellent tracking!

My collection date is delayed and I had to catch up with one of the representative to have it collected at first. No promptitute. Also took nearly a month for my parcel to eventually get to the the receiver. Price was ideal.

So far no good . 13 days for a package to be shipped from Brisbane to Sydney, and still ‘in transit’

My parcel was booked to be picked up on the Monday, I phoned every day to get it picked up, was put through to the escalation team twice, it was finally picked up on the Thursday.
I also emailed a map & photo of back area of building, but these weren’t passed on to courier, and he had to drive around and knock on doors to find me.
