"Unwilling to review account"

As a new business that had a very large volume to move from the beginning interparcel wouldn't cooperate. We have since gone direct to Startrack who came out to our warehouse and could see the potential that inter-parcel missed out on. Your gross markups and unwillingness to support a fast-growing business should be reviewed.

"Somewhat disappointing."

My dealings with the agents in your company was fine and they were very polite and helpful regarding my parcel delivery. It was a mobility aid going to my sister, who was in rehab after a long stay in hospital and it was picked up on the Friday and delivered the following Thursday, which was several days longer than originally quoted when making the booking. It seems the parcel went to Hervey Bay, Qld. via Melbourne, Vic. for some unknown reason. No actual explanation about that was forthcoming. Rather disappointing and very stressful as my sister was waiting on it for her physio to help her to get using it.

10/10 customer service and delivery process. Customer service employees were polite, and prompt when dealing with the booking and the collection and drop off process was cheap and easy. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

your service is wonderful . They picked it up the next day . and I received info and progress on my parcel. My sister was impressed that she received to say I was sending a parcel and gave her progress on the parcel
This is the first time i used your service and I will again and your price was the best I inquired about.

"Tuesday booked the parcels to be picked…"

Tuesday booked the parcels to be picked up Thursday.
As StarTrack can only give a window between 8.30am and 5.00pm for pickup and will not pickup unattended items I decided to take an rostered day off from my employment.
Waited all day no pickup rang StarTrack , they informed me that no one had ‘taken’ the job so they rebooked pickup for Friday.
My wife didn’t go to work and stayed home for pickup (am) and I returned home to cover (pm). Surprise ,Surprise no pick up again. Rang StarTrack Friday at 4.30 pm and was informed there was no chance of a pickup.
Job booked again for Monday , items will be by then four days late.
I taken the effort to reply to your request but think this will be a waste of time as well. It will be all to easy to just blame StarTrack and forget about the problems even though my purchase for this service was through

"I would recommend Interparcel to everyone"

I would recommend Interparcel to everyone. Extremely easy to use online service. User-friendly website, smooth and quick to navigate to get a quote, book the service and choose from a list to deliver based on ideal timeframe, cost and name of courier co.

There's very on the ball tracking with all the information needed which can be provided to me and the receiver.

If I get stuck I can still call, chat or send a help email but never need to, the online service is awesome and fast.

Thank you very much for making this task hassle free!

"The worst experience ever"

The worst experience ever, will never use this service again!! Had to pay return fee as they couldn’t deliver, after paying the return fee still delivered to the wrong address and lost my parcel 🤯

"Worst delivery experience ever."

Worst delivery experience ever.
I have so far been waiting sixteen days for a delivery to Mildura from Melbourne, which in most cases is overnight.
All I get from them is "Please wait 24-48 hours, we have lodged an inquiry", the first time they asked that was eight days ago.

Please do not use this company.

"Never use this company!"

Booked for a parcel to be collected. At the end of booking, I've unknowingly agreed to be available between 8am - 5pm or other times as deemed by the company (!)
Requested collection between 8 - 12 noon and when no one showed up, paid for someone to mind my shop so that the parcel was collected. It was never collected. Called up to find out when the collection would occur - office closed. Nice work guys.
Called the next day (after 9am as no one there works before then). Terribly sorry that the parcel wasn't collected. If I could drop it off to the depot, they could probably send it.
Woeful!
Never again.

However they have no problem taking your money. I wonder what Amex will say when I contact them for a chargeback?
