Paid Interparcel DOUBLE to have Startrack EXPRESS delivery for a time sensitive parcel.
Courier picked it up and then dropped it off at the PICK UP location!!!
I still had an additional 2 business days up my sleeve, however it took 8 DAYS for a parcel to go from QLD to NSW. Worst part is they wont even refund the difference between normal postage and the express because quote "the time indicated is only an ESTIMATE". SO SICK of couriers not taking ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I lost $145 from this as I have to refund my customer.

Over all very good data and features. Data flow to Courier was fast so Courier had info to assign the booking on time.
Cost was higher than others, but is not always.

Parcel was delivered by Allied fine except I got an additional bill for over $80. Apparently the parcel was over what I quoted. I have photos as proof I had over estimated weight and size not under estimated so in reality they owed me money.
Allied had no photos as proof and clearly over measured as their measurments were clearly well over actually measurements. A money grabbing excerise figunring no one mearures and photographs before sending. I did. Scammers
