"Super disappointing!"
The tracking doesnt work properly, nobody cant tell me where my parcel is at the moment even though it left Sydney a week ago.
I also got charged an extra $41 because apparently my carton weighed 30 grams more than what I had declared. 30g could just be the different scales used and to charge that much is just ridiculous! And the fact that it has taken a week to all of a sudden be 30g more, how was this not picked up ages ago!

"Never ending clown show?"
Looking at the tracking unfold on this parcel is akin to watching the circus clown car crash and burn. Feedback? The item still hasn't been delivered. Address issues? The address was copied verbatim from the parcel that I was returning. I think the receiver probably knows their own address. Though bound for Sweden the parcel was at one point sent from Stockholm to Berlin and back requiring customs clearance .... again. I've worked in deliveries and logistics. Personally, I'd be ashamed to take a customers money for this 'service'.

"This service is so good"
This service is so good! The customer service if needed is actually customer service. A real person helped me both times and they were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful.
I wish I knew about this service years ago as I've paid 5 times as much for courier services. Brilliant, don't change anything.

"Don't trust them!"
My well-packed parcel was roughly handled (being dropped heavily on the corners at least twice) and very badly damaged, causing losses to the value of about $600. I was not able to insure it because it was an ATL service. No compensation. Failure in core mission. These guys cannot be trusted.

"Express post not so express"
Sent a package via fedex express it has been stuck in customs at the destination country for over a week and a half with absolutely no care from the agent at interpacel. Anastasia just keeps tell me to call fedex myself, my business is with interpacel and not fedex. Palming off the responsibility to someone else because you couldn't be bothered to do your job is not what you expect when paying a premium.
If you are sending anything through these guys just be prepared to get a service that's equivalent to sending something via Australia post but 4 times more expensive.

"Unfortunately my package was not…"
Unfortunately my package was not delivered fully and one of the items missing. The issue of registering the parcel was given 1 label and according to your office should have been 2 labels. As registered as 1 parcel and 16kg. But it was two boxes and 8 kg's each. Regardless it was a very stressful process tracking the items down. I had to provide photographs and video footage of the collection and countless emails and phone calls tracking the item down. Then I received another invoice indicating that my parcel should have been more in terms of the initial quoation. So I am completely dissapointed with the service and cost's involved.

"Bang Service"
Very impressed with the service & was worth paying the overnight service from Sydney to Auckland, NZ (although it was costly) even though it advertised 1-4 days ETA on company’s quote. Picked up documents late arvo & del’d to the door in Auckland in the morning! How’s that for service? Definitely will use it again.
