Parcel should be delivered on 19/3 but till now 25/03 still in nowhere, call support and was told the delay due to flood but there is no flood in WA at all!!! Also make me wait for 48 business hours to check!!! I’m still wondering where is my parcel and regret shipping with this company!!!

I had a nightmare receiving my parcel. Received parcel so late than expected date and driver dropped off in the wrong address. Had to follow up with interparcel representation too many time. They could finally tracked it.It cost me money and mental frustration on the top. I don’t think i am going to recommend this service anymore.

My parcel was picked on March 7th from Melbourne to HK via DHL Ecommerce. 11 days later, my parcel was still in Australia. And today is March 21st. My parcel is somewhere in Germany. Don't know when it will be delivered to its desitination HK.

"STAY AWAY - false and misleading "
Ecommerce businesses beware! Interparcel provides false delivery times at booking. I have twice made international bookings with them with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 -7 days and then the parcel hasn't even left Australia within that time frame. When i complained to customer service because we lost customers and had to issue refunds, they informed me that there is a footnote at the end of the booking process (which is not clearly visible unless you click on it) that delivery can take longer (10-20 days). I have lost two customers now due to this and will never use interparcel again. They don't refund you when they mess up either. STAY AWAY
