Worst experience. 2 days in a row courier didn't arrive to pick up our package even though it was promised. Don't waste your time with this company.

"Caution with Interparcel"

Well, I would not recommend to use Interparcel service for your currier if you seriously want to save your time and money.

They have picked up my parcel and no update after transit in tracking process. 7 days passed from expected delivery date yet no update in tracking and response from anyone. When I approached customer service, they said they need to investigate and few days later I got an email saying need to pay extra $47.35 on top. I was surprised by the extra charge however I do not have option except paying to them. After paying of extra charge within few hrs parcel was delivered.

My question is how can they take 7 days for update and parcel was already off to the destination however they didn't have any update before the extra payment. I felt like they are scammer because if the weight and dimensions was the issue they should have let customer after goods are in sydney depot, they shouldnt have wait to measure or weightthe goods until they arrived in Brisbane depot. I felt something is not right with the process. Totally unethical, unprofessional and ripping off the pocket. Be cautious. Big thumps down. Hope this message is delivered and posted

Absolute disaster with Interparcel. Missing items upon delivery, no explanations, tried to blame the sender.

Missed the post office cut off for Xmas deliveries. So gave Interparcel a go. They collected it and had a huge box delivered to my mother in UK within a week. Amazing - so grateful & relieved. Highly recommend 👌

"Courier was a no show not once, but twice :-("

Courier did not turn up to collect items on nominated date...not once but twice!! They they tried to charge me for not being there when collection was required. However my video footage proved that no attempt had even been made by the courier to collect the items. Needless to say, I cancelled the service and rebooked with another provider.
