"Not an express service."

Parcel collected on time estimated to take 6 days to get from Perth to Brisbane. 2 weeks later no updates still "in transit". Not great is it.

"Lazy courier"

The courier left the item in the entrance
of an apartment building, where it could have been stolen, and he didn’t notify the recipient (who was at home). The recipient found the item quite some time after it had been delivered. I paid for it to be delivered to an address, but it was only delivered to an unsafe place near the address.

"Three times no show and a false picture…"

Three times no show and a false picture of pickup.
Then tried to charge futile fees.

"Lost parcel"

Don’t use this service . I have been waiting 15 days and no one can tell me where my parcel is.

"Absolutely horrible customer service…"

Absolutely horrible customer service level does bear minimum and don’t help with anything they just palm it off to the courier company instead of taking responsibility. Worst part is they are a team leader!

"Scheduled a pick up"

Scheduled a pick up, but wasn't told that the package would not be picked up on that date. Unfortunately my package went to Singapore, then sat in Korea for 4 days before moving. I assumed it would go directly via LA, anyway the chocolate I had spent a lot of money on was completely destroyed. Not interparcels fault So would I use interparcel again? Yes, but not for food stuffs.

"My parcel was not delivered to my door"

My parcel was not delivered to my door, It was left hundreds of metres away on the ground at the communal letterboxes of my complex. Anyone could have seen it there and picked it up. I was just lucky to get it at all. Really bad service.

"Wrong collection day"

Hi - we accidentally set pick up for the monday. Send message and also email stating that we needed it for the thurs. Both said yes it had changed. But the driver arrived on the monday anyway. That was the only issue

Someone was home all day to receive parcel and courier did not ring the door bell or knock, not sure if they even came!!

"Courier Aramex did not collect parcel…"

Courier Aramex did not collect parcel as promised.
Then took many emails and calls to get it collected almost a week later.
