"Scammers, I wish no stars were possible"

I wish no stars were possible. They took 3 separate bookings over the course of a week to pick up one parcel. This was only after several phone calls and I had to escalate the problem to their management team. Then, weeks later I receive an invoice 3.5 times the original charge, saying the package was bigger than I stated, but they are unable to, and not required to prove this. I thought it was a scam, because I had paid and I know my measurements are correct, I ship regularly with no problems. Turns out they are the scammers! Do not use unless you want to be ripped off.

"I've booked my parcel for collection…"

I've booked my parcel for collection the next day which didn't happen. I called the following day and was promised it will be collected before 5pm and still no collection on day 2. I called again the next day, day 3 and the manager Susana promised collection before 5pm again nothing happened. Day 4 I requested cancellation if this is how they pick-up a parcel when will it get to it's destination.

"The circus wouldnt want these clowns"

If no stars is possible that would be it.. emailed claims department that many times and the rudest most ignorant person, justifying couriers leaving parcels I DIDNT AUTHORISE there goes the laptop I needed for a court case and they are aware too.. and not any calls other then one returned claimed didn’t get email and yet I got confirm where I sent it.. just pathetic this is now affecting a legal court case pending the insurance for couriers doing what they want if you think your going to linger this on more just know that you will be responsible for my time line that is now days away your aware calls recorded amd told that it will be a priority going through claims is 28days why is that how many claims and stuff ups happen made it sound like it’s going elsewhere to be accessed when questioned it’s internal
So your holding it up and what’s your excuse ignoring emails and messages not acceptable and I want it escalated NOW or face the consequences most unprofessional rude and arrogant and zero explanation seems Hellen is doing it with intention

Now once again on hold position 10 to then be told like always she isn’t at her desk well this time I’ll get the managers desk

This isn’t acceptable anymore I get the manager that tells me a written receipt was written by me and think they have the right to make those accusations there is a law and I supplied all no business and accc classified it legal receipt and currently Interparcel is looking at a hefty cost ti compensation not only for my losses but what had availed from it and it won’t be a walk in the park the my failed majorly yet that’s not there problem and think they can override my authority not to leave atl or my consumer rights

It’s about time the circus ends and will bunch of dishonest staff that think there terms and co Siri is matter over the law

I’ll have the last laugh

"Let down"

4 times I’ve foolishly used them only to be let down and items not actually picked up, each time somehow I’ve been surprised it’s happened again (my own fault). I have wasted so much time & thousands of dollars.
They have confirmed via email & phone the last two times the pick up was occurring by x time so we have spent hours (literally) waiting for nothing & in the end had to drop to depot ourselves. Last time the items then didn’t move for 4 days. Won’t be giving another chance- such a shame though because their system to ‘order’ is so simple and great.

"Stop using them! We just got billed for months worth of…"

Just got billed for months worth of random charges so far dating back as far as July last year. Each invoice for these "fees" also includes an $11 admin charge. Apparently paying up front doesn't mean they can't charge you extra later. Note: most of the ones I received so far are not related to their alleged under declared size fee although there is a couple of very creative adjustments they are trying to charge for.

"Paid for pick up and now missing."

I had a parcel paid for and booked for pick up. I have only just followed up this return to a supplier now and discovered it is listed on the system as not picked up. It was picked up, we have security cameras everywhere, unfortunately its 3 months on now and all footage is over written. I put money on the courier picking it up. They took my money and if there was no pick up at least have the sense and decency to ADVISE that. We could have got to the bottom of it 3 months ago.
Disappointed and now $450 out of pocket.

We have used Interparcel for a few years now and found them generally ok if you picked the right courier. I am disapointed with this lack off communication, I would have even coped the courier charge if I was at least advised of this earlier

"Unprofessional.Unhelpful.Unreliable"

Booked a courier service through Inter Parcel.
Courier service was dreadful.
As my contract was with Inter Parcel I asked them to liaise with the courier to escalate the issue.
Each time I rang I was hold for 20+minutes. When I finally got through I was told that the person handling my case was busy with other clients dealing with other escalation isses and could not speak to me. Clearly I was not the only dis-satisfied customer.
When they finally did respond, it was only to be fobbed off with platitudes and terms and conditions.
Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Unreliable.
I will never use Inter Parcel again

"Very poor customer service."

I was advised my parcel was picked up late 01 Dec 2022. Delivery within the Brisbane area so no more than about an hours drive. No delivery Fri 02 Dec 2022. Contacted company on Saturday re whereabouts of package and when I could expect delivery. They advised they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Monday 48 hours later no response or parcel. I contacted them on chat the 24-48 hour advice again. Customer service non existent. Don't bother using this courier company there are better ones out there.
