I am surprised no other company has brought Interparcel to court. They have missed my multiple pickups, with no accountability from both the management and driver. All that was said, was to point fingers back to me, claiming that it is the Sender's responsibility to make sure that the good have been collected. But when asked about contacting the driver, I was told that this is private information and the company isn't allowed to disclose the contact number of their drivers.
How am I able to contact the driver then? Without knowing whether he will collect or not? Equally, the management refused to help arranging a collection and said that it is not their responsibility to connect sender to their drivers. Absurdity.
This is not to mention that there isn't an option to choose your collection time frame. It is essentially an all-day affair, only to be served a no-show from the driver. I have called the Customer Service and will request relevant docs from them as I plan to bring them to court and claim damages. They think they could waste my time by not collecting my parcels. I will likewise exhaust their resources by bringing them a court case. After all, I will not go down alone in this, I will make sure we both go down together.

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible company, awful service, abysmal business model.
They lost my package but wouldn’t take responsibility, blaming the contractor that they’d subcontracted in, Parca. Both of them were useless but Interparcel were responsible for the delivery and failed to deliver. They didn’t send emails when they said they would, they didn’t phone when they said they would. They required constant follow ups and wouldn’t admit their fault. A solution has been reached thanks to my seller, but Interparcel have been so abysmal that I’ll never use them or buy from anyone using them again. ZERO STARS - DO NOT USE.

Have advised my sender that if they are going to charge 25 bucks for express delivery then to go and by themselves a bulk pack of 5kg Express Post boxes from AusPost. Interparcel are an unprofessional third party company that outsource packages to other companies like Aramex and Couriers Please. Their tracking numbers are useless on the contracted couriers tracking system and they point blank refuse to give you the real tracking number. I had 2 parcels leave Sydney 16klm apart on the same day. The express post one arrived the next day in Newcastle. 4 days later I’m still waiting for a parcel via this lot that was supposed to be delivered today.

I booked Interparcel to urgently deliver a contract (to sell a house) from Australia to the UK. Interparcel advised they could collect the contract on the Thursday and deliver it on the Monday. I paid over $100 for this, the contract did not turn up on Monday, the sale fell through because we could not exchange. I asked Interparcel for a refund as they failed to do as advertised - they refused. They’re a bunch of cowboys who promise something and deliver nothing, literally. Stay well away - you’ve been warned!

Warning for all who are considering to use Interparcel. Should a claim against damage arise good luck. They will do and say anything to get out of compensation. You will not be insured even if you pay for it, you will be subjected to scrutiny. They will say your package was poorly wrapped, they will say it didn't meet minimum requirements, they will say and say and say until you go away. My package was destroyed by being run over by a forklift, yet it was my fault.
Having operated in the capacity of a professional since 2011, I have consistently dispatched framed prints. These items are packaged using materials in line with industry standards, utilizing boxes supplied by VISY, along with protective bubble wrap. The quality of packaging remains meticulous and surpasses recommended standards. Regrettably, the handling of my claim exposed inadequacies in the evaluation process. The response from Interparcel was notably unsatisfactory, revealing inadequacies in the training of the personnel assigned to adjudicate claims.

"I placed an order to send a package…"
I placed an order to send a package from a residential address. The driver attended outside business hours and I told them that it wasn't ready yet as they were an hour earlier than the earliest pickup time.
They never returned and it was marked as an unsuccessful pickup 3 hours later. The tracking said it would be attempted the next day. No-one showed the next day and then I was contacted stating they won't pickup until I paid a surcharge for a failed pickup.
I was told that unless I can provide CCTV to prove it was ready when the attempt to pick occurred then it's not their problem.
I paid the surcharge and still waiting for it to be rectified.
Definitely not using again.

This company likes to take money - then do nothing! My company placed an Urgent, express over night delivery, interparcel took payment - but then did nothing. No pick up, no booking to anyone. Just nothing. Mean while also waiting on delivery of some items, which also happen to be via interparcel. For over a week the item did not move from its inital depot - but turns out interparcel tracking doesn't really track it at all! Will never use them again!
