"No show pickups"

Been using interparcel for many years and the couriers they use are normally reliable, but as of late there have been a series of no show pickups from 1 particular courier company, I complain about it but nothing ever gets addressed, pretty poor customer service from both Interparcel and the courier involved

"My parcel has spent 8 days in the…"

My parcel has spent 8 days in the delivery depot for no reason When I enquired why I was told it would be delivered next day but two days later it is still in the depot So frustrating as previous two deliveries done in 5 days This parcel 18 days and still not delivered As of 7 July parcel still not delivered again told a variety of different reasons From the latest representative who advised the parcel was held as customs fee was due for the whole time not awaiting customs inspection as repeatedly told the parcel has now progressed and should be delivered in next day or so Parcel started it’s journey on 6 of June and with any luck be delivered 8 or 9 July

"Always fantastic"

I have used Interparcel for a number of years now for both domestic and international, I have never had an issue and find the service options fantastic.

"User friendly program"

I have found the comparison program with interparcel extremely useful and easy to manage.
Although there are some suppliers who do not meet high standards of service, which bears no reflection on the professional service I've received from Interparcel

"If I could give less than 1 Star I…"

If I could give less than 1 Star I would. Was using Interpacel for over a year under our Steve's Shed online store. Parcel was sent to Queensland ended up in the wrong town. One month later they still had not organised pick up and resend, had to do it myself. Would recommend trying Parcel 2 Courier far better experience.

"Poor communication"

Couldn’t edit the address before delivery, they advised me to cancel the order. Luckily the seller was able to edit it for me. They attempted delivery while I was at work, without notice, didn’t leave a card. Spent 15min with a support agent to confirm that the order was back at their depot which is closed for the next 3 days… Their agent was extremely confusing. Now I don’t have a gift for my friend’s newborn - and I paid extra because I wanted it delivered quickly.

"TERRIBLE, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY"

I paid for one day delivery. Apparently the drivers car broke down so the parcel was handed over to someone else. The second driver said there was no where to leave the package. There was a phone number ON THE PACKAGE. So instead the driver attempted to redeliver the NEXT Monday. The parcel had to be there on the Friday as it was a for a wedding. On the weekend I had to redo the order and deliver it myself. TERRIBLE service.

"A terrible experience"

A terrible experience. The indicated delivery times were incorrect from the start and the item was delayed. The details are not transparent and the quote a customer receives is generic, apart from the price. Once you get the quote you assume that the original and destination locations are taken into consideration but the way it is done with this company is very misleading. It's not how a company should provide quotes with lead times at this day and age.

They also offer additional insurance for your item, only to have exclusion policies that are not transparent and misleading. You end up purchasing additional coverage only to not be eligible for a claim in what feels like the majority of possible products.

This company clearly prides themselves in producing non-transparent fine-print that is misleading to the end-user and also does not provide adequate customer service and resolution to problems when they arise. Stay clear and safe yourself the hassle.

You pay peanuts and get a monkey service, shame on you Interparcel.

"Supposed to have been delivered yesterday!"

According to delivery it's supposed to have been delivered yesterday. The tracking sat as "Booked" since the day it was booked, and have not move from booked, nor any further status update. No update, no communication of it being delayed, the distance of delivery is less than 50km away. Aust Post did their delivery in less than 3 days, Amazon did theirs in 2 days - all from interstates. I've never encountered Interparcel, what does interparcel do exactly?

I still haven't got my packages and it's still in "Booked" status.
