"Absolutely shocking customer service"
Absolutely shocking customer service. We had our wedding invitations made in Australia as a member of my partners family has a printing press over there. They were sent via Interparcel who in turn used UPS at our end in the UK to deliver. UPS did not attempt delivery at the correct address, I can categorically say that as I was in all day and nobody came to the door. On the tracking it stated that the taxes on delivery had been refused to be paid by the customer and the invitations were now being returned to sender. This categorically confirms they did not come to our address as I didn’t have anyone from UPS speak to me whatsoever. We raised an issue with Interparcel via their website as soon as we saw this on the tracking, nobody got in touch with us.
Meanwhile, I was desperately trying to get in touch with UPS and eventually spoke to Rona in the Dartford depot who said the invitations were still in the country and at the Paddock Wood depot, she requested delivery of them the next day, I was relieved at this point and waited in all day the next day, but no delivery again!! I rang the Dartford depot to speak to Rona and find out what had happened. My calls were not answered from that evening evening of the non-delivery all the way through to 2pm the next day. I had rung a total of 13 times without answer. I became suspicious was being ignored so changed my setting to show no caller ID and low and behold my call was answered by Rona immediately! Coincidence? I very much doubt it. Rona then told me that a manager from Paddock Wood would call me. The manager rang me and apologised stating that there was a break down in communication and that our invitations were genuinely now out of the country on the way back to Australia.
My partner and I were incensed by the whole situation, but to make matters worse our family member had to pay a return to sender fee at the other end just to get them back. We contacted Interparcel Australia requesting that we are refunded for the failed delivery and the return to sender fee which we should not be liable for and after numerous emails explaining what had happened Interparcel refused to refund stating that UPS had tried to deliver 3 times and we didn’t make them aware of the problem quickly enough. Absolute, total rubbish, refusing to take responsibility and look after their customers when they peddle making customer service their priority. We could not be more disappointed with their lack of care and inability to do the bare minimum which would be to refund the delivery fee and return to sender fee.
Total shambles of a company, awful customer care.

"INSURANCE NOT COVER!!! BEWARE!!!"
I have used their service number of times to ship orders to my customers and no problems till they used fastway to deliver but they do the insurance. Fastway have damaged the product during shipment. My customer was not happy about it. I informed interparcel about this issue and they refused to cover the damage cost which I paid for the insurance rather they reimburse the delivery fee. Despite of so many times I used their service without any issue. This company is so petty about covering the damage and I will never ever use their service anymore! I want to warn people out there about this issue! Be cautious about it if you want to use their service and pay insurance that they don’t cover if it get damage.
Reply to Interparcel AU:
We did applied dispute about the damage item and your company asked for photo as proof and we did provide as well. But you have decided to refund the shipping cost instead of cover the damage insurance which your courier have damage it during their delivery to my customer. I find that your decision is appalling and petty after over 80 times we used your services without any problems in the past. Don’t act like you are a nice guy here… I’m being honest and telling people out there to watch out!

"The overall booking and pick up was OK…"
The overall booking and pick up was OK but when the packages were delivered to my family in Poland they had to pay large sums of money for delivery of used clothing. It virtually worked out to be approx $1000 Australian but in Polish money and no receipts were given.

"Parcel pick up"
Ordered a parcel to be picked up from Melbourne - have not picked it up. They said they went there and nobody home - not true. They then charged another fee to go back and said they would make arrangements to pick up within the hour - still no contact or pick up. This parcel is very important and would like it delivered as promised. If I had to give an opinion of the service I have received at this point of time I would have to say it’s pretty lousy. I just would like the parcel picked up and delivered - what I paid for.

"A system with good pricing but poor…"
A system with good pricing but poor service .
I decided to give Interparcel another go after being let down by my previous order ,Booked a same day courier and the goods were only picked up 3 days later .
I was then informed by the courier company it would take more than a week to deliver when its too late as it was a birthday present for one of my children .
