The shuttle was on time and got us everywhere we need to go when I requested it! I did find that the team lacked a bit of customer service though, as the driver was not particularly friendly in dealing with me (I think it was mostly a language barrier issue though so it is hard to delineate if this is correctible). Overall the trip we booked was a success though.

"Shuttle for volleyball tournament"

We used Metropolitan Shuttle to drive our 10 teams back and forth between the hotel and convention center for a recent volleyball tournament. We have used many bus companies in the past, both in Orlando and in other cities, and Robert and Metropolitan Shuttle was the best by far of any company we have used. The bus was clean, Robert was always on time, he kept in constant communication with me and was very accommodating to our constantly changing schedule, and overall it was a very positive experience. We will definitely use them again if we return to Orlando and recommend them to anyone needing a bus in the Orlando area.

Had a quick turnaround for an exec luncheon and job walk. The Metro team was able to provide a quote and contract quickly. The exec staff had a great experience, we will definitely use Metro again.

We used Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding. Everyone got where they needed to safely and with great service. The bus driver was friendly and an excellent driver, and the communication from Metropolitan Shuttle before the event made me confident that everything would go smoothly on the day.

"Hired busses for wedding, horrible"

Hired busses for wedding transportation. It was a horrible experience, as the driver showed up at the wrong place. By the time the bus got to the actual pickup location, everyone took Ubers and Lyfts. Our wedding ceremony started 30 minutes late. At the end of the night, the Father of thr Bride had it argue with the driver to not leave the venue at the end of the night without a full bus. (There were supposed to be early laps hoke but the driver was taking guests to the wrong hotel, therefore only got 1 half-ass run done, then wanted to do a second run with 7 people 10 minutes before the whole wedding ended. Getting a refund was even a tough process. I'm sure Metropolitan Shuttle contracted out the services in Denver and played a Brooker role, but it still falls back on them. Would not recommend.
