We used Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding and the service was great! We originally planned to have the driver make two pickups at the hotel to get guests to the ceremony and one at the end of the night to take guests back to the hotel, but the driver arrived early and provided an extra trip for any guests who didn't want to stay till the end. It's reasonably priced and provided our guests with a safe way to get to and from our wedding so they could enjoy the night fully! Will certainly recommend going forward.

Rented a 56 person bus for family reunion to go from Montreal to Burlington to visit family. The driver, François, was great, helped to expedite our border crossings (twice) and got us to the airport in plenty of time for flight.

Bus showed up right on time as scheduled. It was clean. We went to the show and had a blast and a fun ride home. Will definetly use again.

Scott in Sales was helpful and responsive. Our driver Jose was great. He was early, which allowed us to depart on time. He also was patient with us as we worked to play a movie for the kids on the bus. The shuttle was very clean. The kids we were transporting to camp really enjoyed the ride. Highly recommend.

Our driver, Youssef was great. He was on time for all pick up locations and was a pleasant driver. Dave, the Sales Manager was most helpful and prompt in correspondence when arranging our event. The shuttle was immaculate, newer, clean. Our clients really enjoyed the ride. Highly recommend.

"The bus ride from hell!!!!"
Worst experience ever, everything about this bus ride was horrible from beginning to end. The bus arrived a hour and a half late, the driver was unapologetic. The driver (Sean) was very rude he was not helpful at all, he stood around he didn’t offer help load or unload the bus. Once we got on the bus nothing worked from the the tv’s the charging ports and most importantly the bathroom were all broken . The smell from the bathroom was horrific there was no toilet paper or hand soap. We all notified the driver and his response was “oh well get over it who cares”😡. I would never ever use this bus company again, for the amount of money we paid our experience should not have been this bad. Please look elsewhere you will definitely be disappointed 😔 We need to be compensated in some way shape or form this was very unacceptable. Oh I almost forgot he brought his dog along for the ride.
UPDATE!!!! They took what we had to say into consideration, they were very understanding and apologetic. They were willing to help in any way. I can appreciate that, I may even give them a second chance

This is an update to my initial review. After waiting for to hear back from the company after a month and a half. They finally did the right thing and refunded back our money and for that I would like to update my review stars to a 4.5 star.

First let me start by saying my experience on the bus ride was absolutely horrible.
We were to depart at 10 am.
I called him at 9:56 am to see where he was and I was told he was in traffic on 95 and he was 2miles away. His 2miles turned into arriving an hour and half late at 11:30 am.
When arriving he had no knowledge of the destination.
And had an attitude about it.
Being really belligerent about it all.
Upon boarding the bus you seen the filth of it all. The floors and the seats were messy with dirt, and grass and hair as if the bus just came back from the park. With what the previous group left some of their belongings in the overhead.
Cleary Your Bus was NOT CLEANED FROM THE PREVIOUS TRIP. The evidence was clear of that.
Then the stench of it all the odor coming from the bus was just ridiculous.
None of the overhead lights worked nor did any of the power outlets worked.
When all the issues were brought to Sean's attention he said he doesn't know how to work them or it doesn't work.
Then the nerve of it all is when we noticed he had his dog on the bus . Really! A dog in a bag.
Some passengers are allergic to pet hairs etc. the dog should have NEVER been on the bus. Most importantly should have been cleared with the group prior.
We dealt with this inconvenience the whole 2hr ride down.
The group was confused. We spent Damn near $2,000 for what was supposed to be a luxury coach bus that turned out to be a disaster the Bus from HELL with a driver with a jacked up attitude. Where is/was the professionalism. No appologies,
Comforting words nothing.
When re-boarding the bus for the return trip. After loading the lower bus. We boarded the bus and before even stepping up on the bus the smell hit you first it was worse than before. We mentioned it to Sean. His exact words were who cares,close the door, don't sit back there and don't use the bathroom. Excuse me??? What did you say? He repeated it. Got in his seat and started to drive.
To me those actions and words were saying deal with it. I don't care about your complaints enjoy the ride and get over it.
WE paid for amenities and to be able to sit were we want to sit. Hell we even paid to give his sorry ass a non deserving tip.
Unacceptable, the whole experience was very, very unacceptable.
When arriving back from this ordeal we unloaded the bottom of the bus but didn't finish getting things off the bus. Before we were able to get back on the bus he pulled off. Huh? Never asked if we were done did you get everything no contact at all with anyone. He closed the doors underneath the bus and before I knew he was gone. I had to call him to tell him I wasn't finished getting my things off the bus.
He told me...... I'm up the street walk up here I'll park here.
Excuse me Sir, I will not walk 2blks up to grab my things and carry those items back 2blks.
Go around the block so I can retrieve my items.

Needs to do better as a Business.
Your services were nothing like the brochure that you portrayed it to be. The absolute total opposite.
There needs to be some type of accommodation for the experience this group has endured. We spent $1,895.00 with his tip included.
That's alot of money for what we experienced. We probably would have received a better experience on a Yellow Bus.

This is an updated review, Ben addressed our issues head-on, and gave us a full refund for the bus ride that we experienced. Because of the great customer service I have given a 4-star review because for me customer service is everything. Thanks, Ben. We are all satisfied.
We booked this company for a family trip. My first point of contact was Elena, she was nice and responsive. I chose it based on the reviews, well they lied. The bus was disgusting, the driver's attitude was disgusting, we paid nearly $2000, for a dirty, bus, nothing worked, on the bus, the driver was late, an hour and a half. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting it looked as if someone else had just booked the bus, and they never cleaned it, It was disgusting, and the smell was outrageous when bought to the driver's attention. His name was Sean, he was rude and basically told us to deal with it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! You've been warned. #Keepingitreal with you.

My experience upon this bus was very unpleasant. When we booked the charter bus for this trip, we were under the impression that we would have some extent of luxury and comfort and cleanliness. This was not the case. Upon boarding this bus, the bathroom was disgusting and it smelled. There was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser, the seat unclean and all there was was a box of tissues in the bathroom. The bathroom had a foul odor permeating from it. My aunt had to clean and sanitize the bathroom herself just so that other passengers would be able to use it. When one of the other passengers brought this to the driver’s attention, his response was “who cares? Just close the door!”
The driver Sean/Shawn was very callous and nonchalant. We were to be picked up PRECISELY at 10am. He did not arrive to the pickup location until exactly ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES LATER and once he got to us he was very unapologetic about it. He gave attitude the entire trip.
Once we got to Ocean City, NJ, we were about to be dropped off far away from the boardwalk in a residential area and it wasn’t until one of the residents came off her porch to tell the driver he couldn’t park where he was and which way he had to go to get us closer to the beach.
He was on his phone WHILE he was driving according to another passenger which I’m pretty sure is a safety hazard and is very unprofessional. None of the outlets or lighting on the bus worked. When asked about it or if he could fix it, he gave more attitude.
Once we got back to Philadelphia, he was being rather impatient hurrying people to get their things off the bus. He didn’t offer to help anyone. And he did not ask if anyone made sure they got everything off the bus. He drove right off. My mother—who is disabled called him to let him know that he drove off before anyone could get back on the bus to check if they’d left anything. His response—“I’m around the corner, you can walk down to me and come get it.” He expected her to walk 2 blocks away to meet him?? THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
These are the kind of people that you hire to charter your passengers that have paid good money to their destinations? You may want to rethink that. Nothing about the ride was what we were promised. We were not comfortable, there was no luxury or pleasantness. We were not satisfied with how we were treated or what we endured.
