"Wedding Day Shuttle Service"

We used 3 metropolitan shuttles to bring our wedding party to and from our wedding venue, as well as our guests to and from the hotel. Every shuttle driver was extremely kind, helpful, respectful, and reliable the entire day, making the experience so enjoyable for our guests and us. Elena was also so communicative and helpful leading up to the wedding, helping us stay within our budget and developing a smooth shuttle schedule. We are so grateful we decided to hire them for our favorite day!

The driver was patient and friendly. Most of all he made sure the wedding party arrived at the wedding and then back home safely. The roads were very curvy and dark in the mountains and I appreciated his care.

"This company is horrible"

This company is horrible. I was originally quoted $1425 for an executive minibus. We had to cancel our trip and reschedule. When I reached out to rebook a few weeks later, the price was $2195. We were in a bind at that point, so I paid it.

Day of pickup, a huge, tattered and torn, charter bus arrives at our hotel to pick up our executives. The bus sat 57 people and was in poor condition. When I called our rep, Elena Tarasova, there was no answer. Several times I tried. Then I called the office directly and got Jackie, who is a saint. She was the after hours person and tried to get me in touch with Elena and her manager, Ben Knowlton. She called them several times and checked back with me several times to ensure they contacted me. They never did. All day I never heard back from either of them. I didn't hear anything the next day either, or the next several days. Until I got an email with the final receipt ($2,282.80).

I then sent an email to Elena telling her what a terrible experience I had and asking about a refund since we had not been given what we had paid for. Ben contacted me the next day saying they could give me $250. The difference between the luxury executive minibus I paid for ($2,282.80) and the low quality charter bus I received ($750) is $1,532.80.

This company is terrible. Do not use them!!

Everything was done professionally and in good order. The driver Sandy was well prepared and got us there and back with no problems. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to whom may ask me.

Great experience. Alusaine was helpful securing the right size vehicle as our guest list grew, and answered all of our questions quickly. Gave us a lot of confidence. The vehicle was perfect, and our driver, Li, was super friendly and accommodating. This was second time we used Metropolitan Shuttle. Very pleased.
