We found the perfect pet/house sitter through Petcloud. Kevalin was so lovely with our Aida giving her all the attention she needs. We were able to enjoy our holiday knowing she was in the best hands and came home to a happy kitty as well as a sparkling clean house. We will be booking a sitter through Petcloud again next time we are away!

Our 'Meet and Greet" session left me feeling confident about leaving my cat with Jenny. She listened attentively to my requests regarding my pet and asked intelligent questions. As I observed her interactions with Pushka, I was sure that Jenny would be a great sitter. I was not disappointed. Picking Pushka up from Jenny's home, I could sense that the cat was calm and had obviously felt quite comfortable in Jenny's company. I received adequate feedback from Jenny regarding my pet's emotional and physical well-being and could see that the two had established a relationship in just a few days. I highly recommend Jenny as a pet sitter.

Shauna was a conscientious and loving pet sitter who eased my worries about being away from my doggies. She managed the two of them easily, including the challenge of giving one his daily pill, and sent me lots of lovely photos. I arrived back to two happy and healthy little dogs, just as well as when I left them. I highly recommend her.

Chloe was absolutely fantastic. Communication was open and easy and we received photo updates, even on Christmas Day! I was not worried about our dog at all while away, Chloe had my mind at ease and was lovely and friendly to deal with. She even returned and washed our dog the day we came home. Such wonderful service, highly recommend.

We booked a carer for our cat over the Christmas period through PetCloud. The PetCloud people were efficient and prompt in helping us to find a good match. Our carer visited twice daily and kept us updated on our cat's wellbeing. This was a first for our cat, and for us, as previously when we had taken holidays he had been cared for by a family member. Everything went very well. We strongly recommend this service.

"Nasty Experience with Petcloud"
I’m a sitter who has spent a considerable amount of time undertaking training, obtaining a police check and preparing a profile.
When the time came to submit references the Petcloud program would only allow references submitted directly from referees.
Unfortunately one of my referees made an error and sent his reference, edited it and then resubmitted.
The program uploaded both references from him without providing an option to delete the first.
My referee and I have both contacted Petcloud at least 10 times over a period of six weeks asking them to delete the first reference.
All calls have not been followed up or returned and the two references remain published.
I have never been treated with so much apparent contempt by a working partner and feel I would no longer trust them in the event of an emergency.
Very disappointed and annoyed.
Update: less than an hour after submitting this review I got multiple phone calls at 9pm from a no caller ID number. Concerned it might be police because of the persistence of the calling I answered to discover it was Petcloud telling me that my review was unfair and that the reason my call had not been returned was because the company shared a switchboard with the RSPCA who field animal abuse calls.
In terms of priority my request for my profile reference to be edited was pretty low. Who can argue with that? Not me.
Update
The response from Petcloud posted below refers to exchanges that took place approximately one year ago.
There are a number of inaccuracies. I have supporting documentation for everything I have said above; my request for assistance did not go on for a week as claimed - It went on for over a month.
It was not copying and pasting referees, it was deleting duplicate references, one with errors.
It is unprofessional to assure assistance over a period of weeks with not one follow up.
Furthermore I was removed from the Petcloud site by the Managing Director on the night I posted this review, my password no longer giving me access to my profile.
Also, despite calling Petcloud (after being removed from the site) to request that a client I had been booked be informed, I later heard the message had not been passed on leaving them without a sitter.
