Ordered my carpet due date was very near for delivery so phoned carpet WEARHOUSE for a update to get told the supplier had put the last 2 numbers the wrong way round and the delivery company couldn't find my order I was not impressed had another week off waiting and yes the young lad did all he could to get this carpet here on the day of delivery the lorry broke down due to faulty brakes phone carpet WEARHOUSE again and by chance managed to get hold of the young lad who had been dealing with it he himself just couldn't believe it so a email was sent to the delivery company expressing the urgency of the item and all the mess up there had been in the past I got the item eventually

I read the reviews and thought “ can’t be that bad, they have some good reviews” I wish I listened to the 1 star reviews. I paid for my flooring and was awaiting delivery; on the day of delivery I receive a text saying the van has broken down and they are not delivering. A few days later I receive an email saying the tried to deliver again but failed and I now have to pay £20 for a redelivery due to the inconvenience I have caused (not including that they cancels on the day the first time) I received no confirmation of my new delivery time and was unaware it was happening. I called the company and explained this to them. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to reschedule delivery without cost. On the day of the delivery. My delivery did not arrive and the company are now saying they never arranged redelivery and I need to pay again. I am now without my flooring and at £150 loss. Please listen to the bad reviews!
