Outstanding customer service and absolutely amazing delivery service product are worth the price only disappointment was I ordered x2 retractable knifes with order for cutting flooring but they didn’t deliver them with flooring

Still awaiting delivery 19 days after delivery date every email I send I just keep getting same answer will be with you soon. We had someone booked to put vinyl down and grandchildren staying and havnt been able to use that room . So frustrating. When asked for money back so could get local they just ignored me and said you will hear from delivery company soon. I wouldn’t use again can’t comment on quality as not received . I hope it will be good after waiting this long. If it ever arrives

Communication regarding delivery was very poor. Delivery cost £20 and took a few weeks to arrive. No delivery date option when ordering
Bought vinyl flooring which although looks nice it is poor quality. After laying moving fridge has torn it. Only down 1 day. Wouldn’t buy again
