The process was super fast, easy to communicate. Special thanks to Susie, who was well receptive of my circumstances, and addressed my needs very very quickly. Second time using Tiimely (formerly Tic Toc) for a home loan. Their rates are some of the best around, and the process is virtually seamless from start to finish.
Pros:
1. Quick unconditional approval once buying a property with conditional approval (ours took 1 business day after lodging contract of sale).
2. Customer service is prompt to respond, and phone calls generally within the vicinity of 10 minutes from start to finish to resolve any issues with minimal hold times.
Minus one star for the following:
1. pre-approval process initially flagged that we were unable to be approved, as it didn’t factor in that an existing loan would be paid out (even with lodging papers to show this). A quick call to customer support remedied this, however it would be better to escalate this for a person to review rather than an automated initial rejection.
2. Banking is via their online portal which redirects to Adelaide bank, so checking balances and making payments can be a bit tedious, as there is no app.

"Seamless from application to settlement"
The whole application, approval and settlement process was seamless. The property valuation process was even expedited for me upon request.
I received the cheapest interest rate in the market at the time of applying and still believe it is the cheapest rate (5.94%).
The only downfall is the actual banking experience - you use the Adelaide Bank portal which doesn't allow for new technologies such as PayID and Osko, meaning transfers aren't instant and take around 24 hours to process.

"Variable Interest Rate Advertised is Not actually what you get. "
We always pay more interest on our variable home loan than what they advertise online.
Also, they take out a portion of my salary from another bank and put it into our offset account every month. We transfer more than is required for the minimum monthly payment but the entire amount is not accessible to us for about a week which is quite annoying.

Application process was easy & quick - can't fault that - but once you're a customer you are stuck with the Adelaide Bank app which has awful functionality. No Osko, no digital wallet, payments take days to clear. Security is poor with no biometric or 2FA option.
If you need customer service you have to call, there's no chat or email option for current customers; hold times are long.
Also my card was compromised once and when it was cancelled as a result, they didn't tell me. Instead they sent my husband a text, even though it was my name on both the account and the card that was impacted.
Technology from 2010 and attitudes from 1950, not recommended.

"Online loan application good. Poor banking experience"
Joined when they were known as Tic:Toc. Loan application process online was pretty good, and certainly better than most other banks. No issue there. The real issue came with the poor banking experience after. The banking experience (Internet Banking/App) is through Adelaide Bank, and honestly, its like banking back in 2008 . The banking app hasn't been updated for years, and had limited features. The Internet Banking portal was no better. Payments took days to come through (no OSKO). Overall communication was poor, and mostly relied on letters in the post, and at times have found the call centre to be rude. Unless they vastly over haul their ancient banking banking services, I wouldn't recommend.
